  • Publication number: 20200124313
Abstract: A valve control device comprising a receiving unit, an opening degree control unit, and a fixing control unit. The receiving unit receives information concerning the measured temperature of a fluid to be cooled that is cooled by a vaporizer in a refrigerant circulation path that is equipped with the vaporizer and a condenser. The opening degree control unit variably controls the opening degree of a valve that controls the flow rate of the refrigerant that circulates through the circulation path in accordance with the difference between the measured temperature and a target temperature provided in advance. The fixing control unit fixes the opening degree of the valve with priority over variable control performed by the opening degree control unit in the case where a fixing condition based on the difference between the measured temperature and the target temperature and a valve opening degree variation condition is satisfied.

  • Publication number: 20200103183
Abstract: The present invention provides a heat exchanger including a lower header into which a liquid-phase refrigerant flows, a plurality of heat exchange pipes which branch off from the lower header and extend upwards, and an upper header which is configured to collect refrigerant received by the heat exchange pipes, in which a refrigerant inlet of the lower header is provided with a flow passage resistance adjusting hole having a cross-section smaller than a flow passage cross-section of a pipe passage for supplying the refrigerant.

  • Publication number: 20200064010
Abstract: A temperature control device comprises: first control means; and second control means. The first control means includes first cooling means for cooling of a heat carrier that moves heat from a heat source, and first adjustment means for adjusting a first cooling power being an amount of heat per time to be exchanged in the first cooling means. The second control means includes second cooling means for cooling of the heat carrier, and second adjustment means for adjusting a second cooling power being an amount of heat per time to be exchanged in the second cooling means. The second control means can compensate for a decrease in the first cooling power by a rise in the second cooling power, and can compensate for a decrease in the second cooling power by a rise in the first cooling power.

  • Publication number: 20190003776
Abstract: It is impossible, in a phase-change cooling apparatus in which a refrigerant flows in a gas-liquid two-phase state, to enhance cooling capacity sufficiently even though a heat-radiating region is enlarged; therefore, a heat radiation apparatus according to an exemplary aspect of the present invention includes gas-phase refrigerant diffusion means into which a refrigerant in a gas-liquid two-phase state flowing, the gas-phase refrigerant diffusion means being filled with a gas-phase refrigerant included in the refrigerant in the gas-liquid two-phase state; heat-radiating means including a first header, a second header, and a plurality of heat-radiating pipes connecting the first header to the second header, the gas-phase refrigerant flowing through the plurality of heat-radiating pipes; and gas-phase-side connection means for connecting the gas-phase refrigerant diffusion means to the first header, the gas-phase refrigerant flowing in the gas-phase-side connection means.
