    Abstract: A stable window molding assembly for sealing a gap between a window glass and a frame includes a U-shaped fastener, which has a first hook extending inward from one wall and a second hook extending inward from an opposite wall. The window molding includes a window lip, which contacts an upper surface of the window glass, and a frame lip, which contacts the frame. An arm of the window molding includes projections that engage the hooks of the fastener. Grooves are respectively formed in the arm for facilitating elastic deformation of the projections.
