    Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a carbonated beverage that provides a good cooling sensation at the time of drinking, a production method thereof, and a method of improving cooling sensation of a carbonated beverage. The present invention relates to, for example, a carbonated beverage containing ethyl glycoside and at least one of citric acid or its salt, wherein a citric acid equivalent total concentration of the at least one of citric acid or its salt is 50 ppm or more, a ratio (B)/(A) of an ethyl glycoside concentration (B) to the citric acid equivalent total concentration (A) of the at least one of citric acid or its salt is 0.0003 to 200, and an ethanol concentration is less than 0.5 v/v %.
