  • Publication number: 20070036988
Abstract: A fired product having a luminous function is manufactured by: adhering material-adapting glass frit to a surface of a ceramic material; adhering coating glass frit to the surface of the material-adapting glass frit after drying of the material-adapting glass frit; adhering luminous material particles having a particle size of 50 to 250 ?m in one uniform layer to the coating glass frit layer before drying of the coating glass frit so that the upper portions of the luminous material particles are partly exposed from the coating glass frit; alternately stacking coating glass frit and luminous material particles several times; covering the topmost luminous material particles partly exposing from the coating glass frit by adhering coating glass frit; printing an image portion on the surface of the coating glass frit after drying of the coating glass frit; adhering adapting glass frit at a predetermined thickness to the coating glass frit having the printed image portion; uniformly adhering protecting glass frit p

  • Patent number: 4539613
Abstract: A loading apparatus for a recording medium comprises a holder for holding a recording medium, a guide provided on the holder, a slide plate mounting thereon, and a raised member which supports the guide when the recording medium is not inserted into the holder and which releases the support when a recording medium is fully inserted into the holder. The holder is urged downward so that, when the guide is released from the raised member, the recording medium moves downward to a loading position. A discharging plate having a cam mounted thereon is also provided. When the discharging plate is pushed, the cam pushes up the guide, thereby returning the holder to an unloading position. Thus, each of the loading and unloading operations is completed only by one manual operation.

  • Patent number: 4525758
Abstract: A cartridge to be inserted into a drive unit includes a casing containing a recording medium disc to be driven by the drive unit. The disc has a hub fixed at its center. Center windows are provided at opposite sides of the casing and allow the hub to be inserted therethrough. Head windows are provided also at opposite sides of the casing and allow a reading head to access information recorded on opposite sides of the disc. Shutters are provided around the center windows and normally cover the head windows. These shutters are rotatable about the center windows and uncover the head windows when the cartridge is inserted into the drive unit. An actuator for rotating the shutters is provided between the shutters and the outside of the casing. The actuator has a portion exposed to the outside of the casing so that the shutters are automatically and indirectly rotated by an external force applied to the actuator when the cartridge is inserted into the drive unit.

  • Patent number: 4358722
Abstract: In a speed detector having a fixed frequency oscillator for producing two-phase sine waves to excite two-phase exciting windings of a resolver, first and second multipliers for multiplying the output of the detecting winding of the resolver by the two-phase sine waves respectively, and a position conversion circuit and speed conversion circuit, the speed conversion circuit comprises: a third multiplier for multiplying a signal of the first multiplier by a signal of a VFO; and a fourth multiplier for multiplying a signal of the second multiplier by a signal of the VFO, the outputs of the third and fourth multipliers being applied through a comparator to a proportional integration amplifier, the output of which is used as the rotation speed signal and applied to the VFO, thereby to eliminate the necessity for provision of a countermeasure against harmonics and harmonic noise involved in the use of an integration circuit required when a resolver is used as a detector.

  • Patent number: 4358726
Abstract: There is disclosed a current type inverter excellent in transient response which comprises a two-phase sine wave generator for receiving signals corresponding to a motor speed signal and a speed deviation signal, to provide sine waves shifted 90.degree. in phase, and a vector calculating circuit for calculating stator current instruction vectors from exciting current components and torque current components, the outputs of the vector calculating circuit being applied as frequency instruction signals of a conventional current type inverter.

  • Patent number: 4357569
Abstract: In a control device of an AC motor wherein a torque equivalent to that of a DC motor is created by controlling the instantaneous values of its stator current, or in a vector control device, signals from a position detector such as a resolver coupled to the AC motor are utilized to form stator current instruction signals and to provide rotation position feed-back signals and rotation speed feed-back signals for the AC motor, thereby to perform precise servo-control.
