  • Patent number: 6675332
Abstract: A communication LSI device includes a state machine section and a test control section. The state machine section carries out a configuration operation in an idle state in response to a first reset signal. The state machine section changes to the idle state after completion of the configuration operation. The state machine section outputs a flag signal after a predetermined time since the state machine section changes to the idle state. The test control section outputs one the first reset signal to the state machine section in a test mode in response to the flag signal or a second reset signal externally supplied.

  • Patent number: 6281639
Abstract: To reduce a change in an electric current flowing through a cold cathode discharge lamp caused by a change in power source voltage. There is provided a cold cathode discharge lamp lighting circuit, in which a secondary high voltage of a transformer 13 is changed by controlling an oscillating period of a ROYER oscillating circuit 12 by a duty ratio of a PWM signal, to thereby control an amount of the electric current flowing through a cold cathode discharge lamp 11. In this lighting circuit, a resistor Rx is additionally connected between an inversion input terminal of a comparator X4 for generating the PWM signal and a power source, and a power source voltage divided by resistors Rx and R20 is inputted to the inversion input terminal. Thus, when the power source voltage is changed in an increase direction, an oscillating voltage is increased and the electric current flowing through the cold cathode discharge lamp begins to increase.

  • Patent number: 5510901
Abstract: In a system for reading out an information signal stored in a memory and recording it on a recording medium, renewal of the address of the memory is performed in synchronism with the recording operation, thereby making it possible to record the information signal on the recording medium continuously despite intermittent performance of recording. The address of the memory is returned by a predetermined amount in synchronism with renewal of the address of the memory or the recording operation. Thereby it is also possible to assure good continuity of the recorded information signals. Further, the above-described processing is made easier by making the address of the memory controllable in units of track on the recording medium.
