The present invention can include, for example, a dental local anesthetic injection solution, consisting of a local anesthetic; a steroid drug; an additive; water; and optionally, a vasoconstrictor, wherein the dental local anesthetic injection solution is administered near an affected area in the oral cavity prior to dental treatment. According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce discomfort around the oral cavity after dental treatment in patients who have undergone local anesthesia for the treatment.
