    Abstract: An actuator unit of the present invention includes upper and lower frames respectively connectable to a thigh frame and a lower leg frame, an actuator-side rotational connecting part connecting both frames in a rotatable manner around a pivot axis, a driver producing driving force for rotating the lower frame around the pivot axis, upper and lower connecting bodies respectively connecting the upper frame to the thigh frame and the lower frame to the lower leg frame, and an intermediate connecting body connecting the vicinity of the actuator-side rotational connecting part to the vicinity of a brace-side rotational connecting part, the intermediate connecting body having a ball stud and an accommodation depression respectively provided on one and the other of the knee-ankle-foot orthosis and the actuator unit.

    Abstract: A fluid flow channel device includes a main body and a non-ceramic sub-body. The main body has a plurality of internal flow channels, and inlets and outlets thereof are arranged so as to be exposed on an outer side surface. The sub-body has a fluid supply path and a fluid recovery path. A supply port of the fluid supply path is arranged to face the inlets of the plurality of internal flow channels. A recovery port of the fluid recovery path is arranged to face the outlets of the plurality of internal flow channels. By disposing the supply port and the recovery port for transferring the fluid to and from the plurality of internal flow channels in the sub-body, it is possible to prevent a large thermal stress from being applied to the main body.

    Abstract: There is disclosed a solenoid-operated selector valve adapted for control of hydraulic clutches such as of a tractor. The selector valve has four ports and can assume two positions. The selector valve includes a spool having an axially extending hole. A piston and a sequence valve are held in this hole. The sequence valve can relieve the pressure. The hole is in communication with the outside of the spool via first through third radially extending holes. The pressure inside one cylinder port which is normally connected with the pump port is maintained constant even when the engaged clutch is being switched to the other. This pressure is not reduced down to zero until the pressure inside the other cylinder port reaches a predetermined pressure.

An actuating member has one end thereof abutting against or connected to one axial end of the plunger. The plunger is displaced in response to electric current passing through a solenoid wound around an outer peripheral surface of the housing. A tubular member formed of a non-magnetic material is disposed between an outer peripheral surface of the plunger and an inner peripheral surface of the housing in such a manner that the plunger is axially slidable within the tubular member, to prevent the plunger from being attracted to the inner peripheral surface of the housing.
