  • Patent number: 11931215
Abstract: A plate denture manufacturing method includes preparing three-dimensional data for an artificial tooth impression and a plate denture, preparing a denture mold including a bottom wall, a side wall, a forming space which is surrounded by the bottom wall and the side wall and into which a denture base material is to be poured, a cutting target region to be cut by a cutting apparatus, and vent holes passing through the bottom wall, cutting a groove in the cutting target region using the cutting apparatus, placing the denture mold on a holder, placing an artificial tooth in the groove, pouring the denture base material into the forming space and curing the denture base material so as to fabricate a one-piece product including the denture mold, the artificial tooth, and a cured product of the denture base material that are integral with each other, and machining the cured product.

  • Publication number: 20240069468
Abstract: With a mounting operation of a supply container, a supported portion 11b of a developer receiving portion 11 is supported by a receipt supporting portion 30c of a lifting portion 30. With further mounting operation, a shutter sliding portion 30b of the lifting portion 30 slides on a shutter inclined portion 4f of a shutter 4. The developer receiving portion 11 is displaced so as to bring a receiving opening into communication with a discharge opening by operating, using the shutter 4, the lifting portion 30 supporting the supported portion 11b of the developer receiving portion 11. By this, a load required for movement of the developer receiving portion 11 is reduced to achieve smooth mounting of the supply container.

  • Patent number: 4643196
Abstract: In application of a biopsy needle set which is utilized for collecting diseased tissue sections from internal organs in a human body without requiring surgical operation, it is desirable to be certainly taken out the tissue sections by single puncture and to decrease injury of such diseased part in addition, to reduce pain in the patient at the time of sticking into the human body with the needle. In an end of suction type biopsy needle set containing double needle set of an outer needle and an inner needle, the outer needle is narrowed to form a closely contacting portion with the inner needle, whereby negative pressure can be accumulated in a cylinder at the early stage of such suction, while thus accumulated negative pressure is transferred to an opening of the outer needle at the moment when the withdrawn inner needle is passed through the above described closely contacting portion, so that such suction force sufficient for collecting the tissue sections is produced.

  • Patent number: 4070395
Abstract: 4,4'-DIAMINOSTILBENE-2,2'-DISULFONIC ACID (HEREINAFTER ABBREVIATED AS DAS) or its alkali salt (abbreviated as DAS-salt) are prepared by catalytic hydrogenation of 4,4'-dinitrostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid (hereinafter abbreviated as DNS) or its alkali salt (abbreviated as DNS-salt). The catalytic hydrogenation is carried out using Raney nickel catalyst in the presence of dicyandiamide in water at a temperature in the range of 50.degree.-120.degree. C under an elevated hydrogen pressure. In both DNS-salt and DAS-salt alkali means sodium or potassium.

  • Patent number: 3989756
Abstract: Process for producing halogenated aromatic primary amines that may contain substituents such as methyl, ethyl, methoxy, and so on, by catalytic hydrogenation of halogenated aromatic nitro compounds in the presence both of a Raney nickel catalyst and of a dehalogenation inhibitor selected from the group consisting of dicyandiamide, cyanamide and calcium cyanamide, in an inert solvent at a temperature in the range from 40.degree. to 150.degree. C under an elevated hydrogen pressure, whereby any dehalogenated aromatic primary amine impurity in the halogenated aromatic primary amine product is held to an acceptable minimum so that the halogenated aromatic amines may be produced in a high state of purity.
