  • Publication number: 20240152023
Abstract: Provided is a wavelength conversion module that can be downsized by reducing the width of the housing and can reduce the mounting space. The wavelength conversion module including a wavelength conversion element includes: a lens barrel that is provided on a side surface of a metal housing and accommodates a lens for optically coupling the wavelength conversion element to an optical fiber; and a ferrule collar that is provided on the lens barrel and fixes a metal ferrule accommodating the optical fiber, and an input port and an output port are different from each other in any of the length in the optical axis direction of a plurality of the lens barrels, the length of a plurality of the metal ferrules, or a sum length of the lens barrels and the metal ferrules.

  • Publication number: 20240152025
Abstract: In a nonlinear optical element, wavelength conversion efficiency is degraded by the heat generation caused when high-intensity converted waves are generated. Therefore, the present invention provides a wavelength conversion optical element that includes a periodically poled waveguide. In the wavelength conversion optical element, the periodically poled waveguide includes: a core that performs wavelength conversion on a fundamental wave that has entered the entrance end, and emits a converted wave from the exit end; and a cladding that covers the periphery of the core, and the structure of the element gradually changes so as to achieve quasi phase matching from the entrance end toward the exit end in the periodically poled waveguide.

  • Patent number: 5362225
Abstract: A support mechanism for supporting thereon a set of upper and lower forming dies to be opened and closed in a forming process. The support mechanism includes a base structure of mounting thereon the lower forming die, a pair of opposed upright side plates fixedly mounted on the base structure in parallel to one another, a pair of guide tracks provided on the respective inside faces of the side plates, a pair of actuators mounted on the base structure at a position adjacent the respective side plates, a movable support frame arranged between the side plates and located above the lower forming die on the base structure for supporting the upper forming die thereon, the support frame having a pair of support shafts secured to its opposite sides and slidably engaged with the guide tracks, and a pair of link mechanisms arranged to support thereon the support shafts of the support frame and to transmit the motion of the actuators to the support shafts to move the support frame along the guide tracks.
