  • Patent number: 11958128
Abstract: A laser apparatus includes a laser oscillator; an acousto-optic modulation unit including a first acousto-optic modulator that diffracts a laser beam from the laser oscillator when a first ultrasonic wave is applied and a second acousto-optic modulator that diffracts a higher order beam output from the first acousto-optic modulator when a second ultrasonic wave is applied; and an amplifier that amplifies the laser beam from the acousto-optic modulation unit, a propagation direction of the first ultrasonic wave relative to a diffracted direction of the higher order beam emitted from the first acousto-optic modulator and a propagation direction of the second ultrasonic wave relative to a diffracted direction of a higher order beam emitted from the second acousto-optic modulator being different.

  • Publication number: 20240072065
Abstract: A display device includes a liquid crystal element, a transistor, a scan line, and a signal line. The liquid crystal element includes a pixel electrode, a liquid crystal layer, and a common electrode. The scan line and the signal line are each electrically connected to the transistor. The scan line and the signal line each include a metal layer. The transistor is electrically connected to the pixel electrode. A semiconductor layer of the transistor includes a stack of a first metal oxide layer and a second metal oxide layer. The first metal oxide layer includes a region with lower crystallinity than the second metal oxide layer. The transistor includes a first region connected to the pixel electrode. The pixel electrode, the common electrode, and the first region are each configured to transmit visible light. Visible light passes through the first region and the liquid crystal element and exits from the display device.

  • Patent number: 6964822
Abstract: A control apparatus for a fuel cell and a fuel cell vehicle is provided capable of controlling a fuel cell installed on a vehicle in an optimized condition. An ECU calculates a target generation current to be output by a current controller from the generation current of the fuel cell, based on a signal of an accelerator opening AC detected by the accelerator opening sensor and a signal of an atmospheric pressure detected by the atmospheric pressure sensor, and the target generation current is input into the current controller as the current command value. The current controller controls the generation current to be output from the fuel cell based on the current command value output from the ECU, that is, the generation command to the fuel cell.

  • Patent number: 6953504
Abstract: A black pigment powder having a low value of magnetization according to the present invention is characterized in that it consists of a composite oxide containing Fe2TiO4 as a main component, wherein the total amount of Fe (II) and Fe (III) to Ti is from 150 to 300 atomic %, in such an amount that the amount of Fe (II) to the total amount of Fe (II) and Fe (III) is 0.50 or more, and that the L value of a coating according to the Hoover-type muller method is 9.0 or less. It is employed to produce a toner composition, a coating composition, a resin composition, a cosmetic material and the like.
