  • Patent number: 7206713
Abstract: A method of adjusting a strobe timing includes a first determining step in which an output pattern is compared with an expected result pattern at a strobe timing to determine whether the output pattern is matched to the expected result pattern; a variation range setting step in which a variation range of the strobe timing is set when the output pattern is not matched to the expected result pattern; a varying step in which the strobe timing is varied within the variation range; and a second determining step in which the output pattern is compared with the expected result pattern at the varied strobe timing to determine whether the output pattern is matched to the expected result pattern. Based on a result of the comparison, a function test is performed using the strobe timing to determine a pass/fail result of the semiconductor.

  • Patent number: 7167779
Abstract: In a head-up display device, when a preceding vehicle exists between a pre-movement information conveyor and a vehicle, the pre-movement information conveyor is moved to another position at which the pre-movement information conveyor is displayed as a recognizable post-movement information conveyor. Thus, the pre-movement information conveyor is removed from a state in which the pre-movement information conveyor is hidden behind the preceding vehicle, hence, becoming invisible. As a result, the incompatibility sense felt by the driver of the vehicle can be reduced and the information conveyor will be less overlooked.

  • Patent number: 7038415
Abstract: A temperature sensor (33) detects the temperature of a MOS transistor (7), and a current detecting circuit (35) detects current flowing in the MOS transistor (7). When the voltage corresponding to the detected temperature or the voltage corresponding to the detected current is increased to a threshold value or more, an overheat state detecting signal and further switching signal is set to a high level. As a result, a switch circuit in a driving circuit (17) is turned on, and the gate resistance value becomes the parallel value of a resistor (25), and the PWM frequency in the PWM control circuit is lowered, whereby the switching loss of the MOS transistor (7) can be reduced under the state that the motor (2) is rotated.

  • Publication number: 20050266280
Abstract: A microcomputer of a fuel cell unit controls the output power of a DMFC at two stages in a High mode and in a Low mode by driving of an auxiliary machine. When an output value of a DC/DC converter exceeds a predetermined value, the microcomputer decides a rechargeable cell connected to one diode of a diode OR circuit of an electronic apparatus side with the other diode connected to the converter as being a near-full charged level and drives the auxiliary machine so as to lower an output power from a High mode to a Low mode. When, after this, a predetermined time is elapsed, the microcomputer decides the residual amount of the rechargeable cell as being lowered down to a predefined value and drives the auxiliary machine so as to return the output power from the Low mode to the High mode.
