  • Publication number: 20220018832
Abstract: The invention aims to provide a non-destructive method of testing and analysing, amongst other things, cell types such as pluripotent cells, including differentiated cells and MSCs. The invention also aims to provide a non-destructive method to test and analyse the cell conditions, such as aging, activity, multipotency, differentiated directivity and effectiveness. Possibility of analysing cell types or cell conditions without destroying the cells by analyzing glycan profile, which is acquired from glycoconjugates secreted from cells in culture mediums, using microarrays with glycan binding protein, on the surface was discovered.

  • Patent number: 10142497
Abstract: It is made possible to print an image stored in an image processing apparatus by a printing apparatus without requiring a complicated operation. By a printing apparatus operating as a first access point by fixed authentication information, in the case where the communication is controlled in a first mode for performing a wireless LAN connection with an image processing apparatus storing the fixed authentication information, a beacon signal including a specific SSID included in the fixed authentication information is transmitted, and in the case where the image processing apparatus receives printing instructions, a connection without intervention of a second access point different from the printing apparatus and the image processing apparatus is established with the printing apparatus by using the fixed authentication information and an image to be printed is transmitted to the printing apparatus on a condition that a beacon signal including the specific SSID is detected.

  • Patent number: 10066740
Abstract: A shift control system and a shift control method configured to execute a skip shift smoothly are provided. The shift control system selects an interim gear stage with reference to a control map. The control map is configured to determine: an intense region where a driver is allowed to sense an increase in the acceleration sufficiently based on an unconscious period, and a stimulation intensity; and a moderate region where acceleration is increased in a mild manner. During execution of the skip shift, the acceleration is increased in a mild manner by shifting the gear stage from an initial stage to the interim gear stage, and then increased significantly by shifting the gear stage from the interim gear stage to a target gear stage.

  • Patent number: 9005082
Abstract: An ECU increases an engine rotation speed when the ECU determines that an inclination angle of an uphill is larger than or equal to a predetermined value, an accelerator is off and a vehicle speed in a direction opposite to a travelling direction of a vehicle, indicated by a specified range, is increasing. Subsequently, the ECU acquires an engine stall predicted vehicle speed, and calculates a predetermined value used in an immediate engine stall determination condition from a current rate of increase per unit time of a turbine rotation speed. Then, the ECU determines that immediate engine stall determination is affirmative when a rotation speed difference between the engine rotation speed and the turbine rotation speed becomes smaller than the predetermined value, and executes engine stall prevention control.

  • Publication number: 20110102814
Abstract: An apparatus extracts a template pattern from first data, and seek an area having a correlation with the template pattern among areas in second data to obtain an amount of movement of an object, and corrects the amount of movement by using a shift amount of the object during a time lag between the generation timing of a trigger signal for acquiring data by using a sensor, and the imaging timing.

  • Patent number: 7355742
Abstract: This invention has as its object to provide an image processing apparatus and method which can reliably and appropriately insert a page break by a simple process. To accomplish this, it is checked if the number of lines transferred to a printer is smaller than a page break reference line count N. N is a value equal to or smaller than a value obtained by subtracting the number of vertical dots of a maximum font that a browse task can rasterize from a maximum recordable line count Max. When data for the page break reference line count N or more have been transferred to the printer, it is checked if data of the transferred line has the same color. If the data for one line have the same color, it can be determined that the line does not contain any character (the spacing between neighboring lines). Hence, if a page break is inserted at that line, characters can be prevented from being printed across two pages.
