  • Publication number: 20090178880
Abstract: An engine cover 17 has a cover main body 19 and an engine hood 20 which is attached to an opening portion formed on an upper surface of the cover main body 19 and a plurality of reinforcing plates 24 are fixed to an inner surface of the engine hood 20. First to fourth reinforcing plates 24a to 24d of a plurality of reinforcing plates 24 define a space in an engine portion 14. An expansion chamber 26 which is communicated with an intake passage 23 reaching to an engine and resonant chambers 27, 28 which are communicated with the expansion chamber 26 via ports 29 are formed in the engine portion 14.

  • Patent number: 6631652
Abstract: A monolever operation apparatus for a working vehicle, which improves operability with excellent fine operability of a monolever. For this purpose, the monolever operation apparatus for the working vehicle includes an arm rest provided at a console placed on at least either one of the left and right sides of an operator's seat, and a monolever which is placed in front of the arm rest and is rotatively operated in a fore-and-aft direction and in a left and right direction. When operated in the left and right direction, the monolever is allowed to be operated with a distance, from a fulcrum of operation below the operator's elbow placed on the arm rest up to a grip of the monolever, remaining almost constant.

  • Patent number: 6276749
Abstract: A position adjusting apparatus of a control console for a work vehicle in which the control console moves in a state of substantially keeping a relative position with respect to the operator seat prior to a rotation in accordance with the rotation of the operator seat, thereby maintaining a suitable operability, and a maintenance of the vehicle can be performed in an improved manner. Accordingly, a floor frame (20) and a mounting table (26) which mounts a control console (10) are connected to each other via an irregular four section link, and a turn table (12) which is rotatably supported to the floor frame or the operator seat and the mounting table are connected by an interlocking link (15). Accordingly, when an operator seat (11) which is mounted to the turn table rotates, the control console substantially maintains a relative position with respect to the operator seat before the rotation automatically, and can move in a horizontal direction.

  • Patent number: 5520259
Abstract: An operator cabin on construction equipment is provided with a supporting structure which improves the riding quality by absorbing and damping vibrations and large impacts transmitted to the operator cabin. The right and left side portions of a front portion of the operator cabin (1) are secured to a frame (3) of the body of the construction equipment through damper plate shock absorbers (10R, 10L) or rotatable mounts (30R, 30L), while the right and left side portions of a rear portion of the operator cabin (1) are secured to the frame (3) through spring biased hydraulic shock absorbers (20L, 20R). Each of the shock absorbers has a vibration damping function. In particular, the stroke of the spring biased hydraulic shock absorber is large enough to absorb a large impact energy. This makes it possible to absorb vibration of small amplitude. For a strong shock, the impact energy can be absorbed by oscillating the operator cabin (1) about a pivot axis through the front mounts, allowing damping of the vibration.
