  • Patent number: 10857903
Abstract: A power control system supplies electric power to a plurality of power consumption devices which are provided to an electric vehicle. This system includes: a high voltage battery which is an electric power supply source; a plurality of device controllers which are provided to the respective power consumption devices and which control operations of the respective power consumption devices; and an overall controller which overall controls the plurality of device controllers. At least one of the device controllers performs an electric power restriction that restricts a consumed electric power in a corresponding power consumption device so as to allow the consumed electric power in the corresponding power consumption device to fall within an electric power allocated by the overall controller while simultaneously maintaining an operation of the corresponding power consumption device stably.

  • Patent number: 10800227
Abstract: An air-conditioning control apparatus is mounted in a vehicle that is capable of unmanned travelling. The apparatus has a determining section and an output section. The determining section determines whether an occupant is in the vehicle and whether the vehicle is traveling. The output section performs an air-conditioning control including temperature adjusting using a radiator through heat exchange with air outside the vehicle. The output section performs the air-conditioning control when the vehicle is in an unmanned state and a travelling state, and refrains from performing the air-conditioning control when the vehicle is in the unmanned state and a stop state.

  • Patent number: 10801497
Abstract: A controller that controls an electric compressor, which is mounted to a vehicle and configures a two-stage compression refrigeration cycle device, has a deceleration section, an operation stop section, and a restart section. The deceleration section reduces a rotational speed of an electric motor by controlling an AC current which is output to the electric motor, when a two-stage compression mode, in which an intermediate-pressure refrigerant flows into the electric compressor from an intermediate-pressure port, is performed and an operation stop request to stop the electric compressor is made. The operation stop section stops the electric motor after the deceleration section reduces the rotational speed of the electric motor. The restart section restarts the electric compressor when the operation stop request is canceled after the operation stop section stops the electric compressor.

  • Patent number: 10634390
Abstract: An electric compressor includes a compression portion discharging a high pressure refrigerant by compressing a low-pressure drawn refrigerant, an electric motor driving the compression portion with a rotation of a rotor, a motor drive circuit driving the electric motor, an intermediate pressure port through which an intermediate pressure refrigerant is introduced into the compression portion, and a controller performing a rotation control of the rotor. When the controller stops the electric motor in a two-step compression mode in which the intermediate pressure refrigerant is introduced into the compression portion, the controller stops the rotor rotating by performing short-circuit braking on the electric motor and then fixes a rotational position of the rotor at a predetermined rotational position by performing direct current excitation on the electric motor.
