    Abstract: A soundproof heat-dissipating cover covering a target object includes: a sound-absorbing heat-dissipating sheet including a covering surface covering a surface of the target object and a heat-dissipating surface on a side opposite to the covering surface; and a reinforcing member covering the sound-absorbing heat-dissipating sheet from a heat-dissipating surface side of the sound-absorbing heat-dissipating sheet. The sound-absorbing heat-dissipating sheet further includes: a pair of first mounting parts, and a heat-dissipating region formed between the pair of first mounting parts. The heat-dissipating surface in the heat-dissipating region is formed with ridges arranged side by side at an interval. The reinforcing member includes: a pair of second mounting parts respectively mounted to the pair of first mounting parts; and a bridging part bridging between the pair of second mounting parts and having through-holes.

    Abstract: A ferritic stainless steel sheet is a ferritic stainless steel sheet which is temper rolled after bright annealing and has a passivation film. The area ratio of minute defects having an area of 10 ?m2 or more on the surface of the steel sheet is 0.2% or more and 1.5% or less. In addition, the thickness of the passivation film is 1 nm or more and 10 nm or less, the average concentration of Si in the passivation film is 10 at % or more and 20 at % or less, and the average concentration ratio of Si, Al, Cr and Fe in the passivation film component is (Si+Al+Cr)/Fe>1.0.

    Abstract: A method of producing a steel sheet coated with a fluororesin film by heat-fusing the fluororesin film onto a surface of the steel sheet, comprising heating the surface of the steel sheet to a temperature higher by 30-120 degrees C. than a melting point of the fluororesin of the fluororesin film, and contact bonding the fluororesin film onto the steel sheet surface between a pair of rolls, while a surface of a roll facing the fluororesin film, in the pair of rolls, is heated to a temperature lower by 100-210 degrees C. than the melting point of the fluororesin of the fluororesin film.
