  • Patent number: 10494499
Abstract: The present invention provides a crosslinked polyolefin-based resin-extruded foam sheet capable of reducing its thickness while retaining excellent flexibility and heat resistance. The crosslinked polyolefin-based resin foam sheet of the present invention is obtained by feeding a polyolefin-based resin and a thermally degradable blowing agent to an extruder, melting and kneading them, extruding the kneaded material through the extruder into a sheet to form an expandable polyolefin-based resin sheet, and expanding the sheet. Herein, a degree of crosslinking of the crosslinked polyolefin-based resin foam sheet is 5 to 60% by weight, an aspect ratio of a cell (MD average cell diameter/CD average cell diameter) is 0.25 to 1, and the polyolefin-based resin contains 40% by weight or more of a polyethylene-based resin obtained using a metallocene compound containing a tetravalent transition metal as a polymerization catalyst.

  • Patent number: 7621362
Abstract: Sliding of a seat or reclining of a seat back can be disabled, except when a rider intends to slide the seat or recline the seat back. The motion of an auxiliary bar which permits sliding of a seat is inhibited by an interlocking lock member. An operating piece cannot be raised and hence it is impossible to slide the seat. An engine key is inserted into a first lock mechanism and is turned, causing the interlocking lock member to slide up to a position permitting operation of the operating piece. In addition, a lever of a second lock mechanism faces a reclining lever, so that the reclining lever cannot turn clockwise around a rivet bolt and a pawl remains engaged with any of first to third recesses. If the lever of the second lock mechanism is turned, the reclining lever can be pulled to release the reclining locked condition.

  • Patent number: 7021254
Abstract: A variable compression ratio engine includes a control actuator which has a simple structure, seals well internally, and provides high reliability. In the variable compression ratio engine, a connecting rod is divided into at least two portions. A control rod is operatively connected to a juncture of the connecting rod. A support shaft position of the control rod is displaced. The control rod is operatively connected to a right cylinder rod of a piston-type double-acting hydraulic control cylinder. A piston section of the hydraulic control cylinder is configured to selectively move in accordance with displacement of the support shaft position of the control rod. A channel is used to connect two hydraulic chambers divided by the piston section. The channel is configured to selectively control the flow of hydraulic fluid from the right hydraulic chamber to the left hydraulic chamber, and vice versa.

  • Publication number: 20020156655
Abstract: In a guaranty system according to the present invention, a guarantee obtains from a guarantor a guaranty which guarantees that an amount of an industrial emission generated from a preset industrial business fulfills a preset requirement. Along with the guaranty, the guarantor provides an industrial hardware required to carry out the industrial business to the guarantee without any charge for the hardware. The guarantee may obtain the guaranty through a transaction of purchase and sale of the guaranty, or of a lease of the guaranty. The industrial emission is at least one selected from a waste gas, a waste liquid, an odor, a vibration, a noise, a light, and a ray. The preset requirement is defined by an Official Requirement against the industrial emission.

  • Patent number: 5807454
Abstract: A leading edge structure for an aircraft has an outer wall, an inner wall disposed within the outer wall and including a partition with, the outer wall, the inner wall and the partition jointly defining a hot-air chamber, and a plurality of flow-rectifying fins or disposed in the hot-air chamber and compartmentalizing the hot-air chamber into a plurality of hot-air passages. The outer wall and the flow-rectifying fins are made of a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin and joined to each other by curing. The inner wall and the partition comprise a single component which is made of a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin, and being bonded to the outer wall. Alternatively, the inner wall and the partition are separate from each other and are joined to each other.

  • Patent number: 5795278
Abstract: A single driving system (4, 5, 6) is provided for a plurality of pairs of controlled systems and axis controllers (1, 12:2, 13). This driving system is connected to a required pair of the controlled systems and the axis controllers as needed using an axis changing device (3) and a changing controller (7). At this time, the shaft position data of the driving system, at the time when a controlled system is separated from the driving system, is stored in a first axis shaft position data storing device (8) or a second axis shaft position data storing device (11). When the connection is returned, an offset signal is sent to the changing controller (7) from a first axis shaft position offset calculator (9) or a second axis shaft position offset calculator (10). Thus, a plurality of controlled systems can be driven by a single driving system.
