  • Patent number: 11919272
Abstract: A multilayer tube (1) includes: an elastic layer (11, 21, 31, 41, 51) formed over the entire length of the multilayer tube (1) and having a predetermined flexural modulus of elasticity; and a hard layer (12, 22, 32, 42, 52) formed over the entire length of the multilayer tube (1), having a flexural modulus of elasticity that is high compared to the elastic layer (11, 21, 31, 41, 51), and disposed more to an outer layer side than the elastic layer (11, 21, 31, 41, 51). A first extremity (10) of the multilayer tube (1) is formed in such a manner that the thickness (H11) of the elastic layer (11) is thicker than the thickness (H12) of the hard layer (12).

  • Publication number: 20230211550
Abstract: A liquid fabrication applied to a layer of powder containing an inorganic particle, wherein the liquid fabrication has a powder contact angle with the inorganic particle of 50 degrees or greater and satisfies the following relationship 1: ?cos?/??1.5 m/s, where ? represents the powder contact angle, ? represents a surface tension in mN/m of the liquid fabrication at 23 degrees C., and ? represents a viscosity in mPa·s of the liquid fabrication at 25 degrees C.

  • Publication number: 20210268728
Abstract: The present invention provides methods, processes, and systems for the manufacture of three-dimensional articles made of polymers using 3D printing. A layer of prepolymer is deposited on a build plate to form a powder bed. Then, solutions of first and/or second binding agents are printed on the powder bed in a predetermined pattern. After a predetermined period of time, sequential layers are printed to provide the three-dimensional article. The removable binding agent is then removed. The removable binding agent may be solubilized polyetheretherketone. Examples of solubilized polyetheretherketone include, but are not limited to, sulfonated polyetheretherketone and/or nitrated polyetheretherketone. The three-dimensional object can be cured to produce the three-dimensional article composed of the final polymers.

  • Publication number: 20200298476
Abstract: Provided is a three-dimensional object producing apparatus including: a layer forming unit configured to form a particle layer containing resin particles; a first discharging unit configured to discharge a model material capable of absorbing energy to the particle layer to form a model region; a second discharging unit configured to discharge a support material to the particle layer to form a support region; and an energy applying unit configured to apply the energy to the model region, wherein through application of the energy to the model region, the resin particles in the model region are fused with each other and the resin particles in the model region are fused with the resin particles in the support region contacting the model region.
