    Abstract: A single-photon source includes a substrate of a wide-bandgap semiconductor provided with a light-emission region including only one target point detect, a cover mask arranged on a main surface of the substrate and having an opening to which the light-emission region in the substrate is exposed, and an excitation system configured to shift an electron in a defect-ground state to an excited state at the point defect in the light-emission region. A single photon released from the point defect in the light-emission region when the electron in the excited state is shifted to the ground state is output through the opening in the cover mask.

    Abstract: Provided are a method and a system for initializing an RF module through non-volatile control, including: storing, by a non-volatile storage array, configuration information for initializing the RF module, and backing up the configuration information when receiving a power-down instruction (S1); and reading, by an RF module initialization accelerator, the configuration information from the non-volatile storage array when receiving a power-up instruction, and transmitting the read configuration information to the RF module, thereby initializing the RF module (S2). With the technical solution given in the present invention, the initialization of an RF module becomes much faster, and the power consumption of a wireless communication terminal can be reduced. In addition, the initialization of various RF modules can be supported, and meanwhile the hardware resources can be saved, thereby enhancing the extensibility of the system.

    Abstract: A switched capacitor includes two capacitors. During the charging period, the first capacitor is connected to an input potential and a first reference potential, and the second capacitor is connected to the input potential and a second reference potential. During the discharging period, those electrodes of the first and second capacitors which have been connected to the input potential are connected to a first and a second reference potential, respectively, and those which have been connected to the first and second reference potentials, respectively, are connected to an output terminal. The switched capacitor also has a circuit that is connected to the first and second reference potentials to produce an intermediate potential therebetween so that, before the charging period, the first capacitor is connected to the intermediate potential and the first reference potential and the second capacitor is connected to the intermediate potential and the second reference potential.
