  • Publication number: 20240120867
Abstract: A motor control method for transferring an object to be transferred by a moving object that moves by driving of a motor in a substrate processing apparatus, includes: a data acquisition process of acquiring, at different times, pieces of drive data which relate to the driving of the motor and vary with heat generation of the motor; and a transfer process of transferring the object to be transferred by controlling current to be supplied to the motor, based on each of the pieces of drive data, to compensate for displacement of the object to be transferred from a target transfer position due to the heat generation of the motor.

  • Publication number: 20240108034
Abstract: Provided is an oral composition comprising (a) a high-intensity sweetener in an amount corresponding to a sweetness intensity X1, (b) an intrinsic phospholipid, (c) 60 mg/100 mL or less of sodium, and (d) a foreign phospholipid in an amount less than a taste recognition threshold, wherein the oral composition has a sweetness of a sweetness intensity X2 exhibited by the components (a) and (b), and a sweetness of a sweetness intensity X3 exhibited by the components (a) to (d), respectively, and 0.1<X2<X3 is satisfied.

  • Publication number: 20240085813
Abstract: A cleaning method of cleaning a solution treatment apparatus for applying a coating solution onto a substrate, the solution treatment apparatus including a holder holding and rotating the substrate; a coating solution supplier; and an inner cup surrounding the holder from a lateral side and having a peripheral edge side upper surface inclining down outward in a radial direction. The cleaning method includes introducing the cleaning solution to the storage chamber via the introduction hole, discharging the cleaning solution from the discharge port and making the cleaning solution flow down along the peripheral edge side upper surface of the inner cup, thereby cleaning away the coating solution adhering to the peripheral edge side upper surface. The discharging in the cleaning discharges the cleaning solution from discharge ports of the inner cup outward in the radial direction and obliquely upward.

  • Publication number: 20240077214
Abstract: An indoor unit includes: a casing that has an air outlet and an air inlet, and inside which an air passage is formed; a cross flow fan disposed in the air passage and configured to blow out, through the air outlet, air sucked in from the air inlet; a stabilizer configured to stabilize vortex of air caused by circulation of air and generated inside the cross flow fan upon rotation thereof; and a guide wall having a surface defining an outlet side air passage being a part of the air passage, the part being in downstream of the cross flow fan, wherein the stabilizer has a first surface that defines a surface opposite to the guide wall in the outlet side air passage, and a part of the outlet side air passage is formed such that a distance in a vertical direction from the first surface to the guide wall gradually decreases toward the downstream.

  • Patent number: 11450139
Abstract: A protective film covers the surface of a cover member in an OLED display with a fingerprint recognition system. The protective film includes a base layer with an in-plane retardation value of 25 nm or less. A hard coat layer may be formed on a surface of the base layer. The surface is a surface farther from the cover member.

  • Patent number: 5961559
Abstract: A automatic guided vehicle which drives drive wheels differentially to change its traveling direction applies braking by imposing reverse torque to wheel drive motors when cornering or when rapid braking is demanded. This braking corrects the traveling direction of the automatic guided vehicle when the vehicle is apt to depart from its intended path, enabling a automatic guided vehicle even having a large inertia to make a smooth turn at a sharp corner.

  • Patent number: 5925080
Abstract: A automatic guided vehicle travels on a prearranged travel path established by a path guide and detects lateral deviation of the vehicle from a path guide to control the direction of travel of the vehicle by steering the vehicle according to a prescribed relationship between steering angle and lateral deviation which is installed in the form of ruling maps in the vehicle.
