  • Publication number: 20120296608
Abstract: A sampling rate converting apparatus that performs sampling frequency conversion includes: a sampling-phase detecting unit configured to calculate a sampling phase based on sampling timing after the sampling frequency conversion for each operation reference clock, based on a ratio of a frequency of an operation reference clock and a sampling frequency after the sampling frequency conversion; a sampling-clock detecting unit configured to detect a sampling period based on the sampling phase; a poliphase filter configured to apply filtering to an input signal and generate a signal after the sampling frequency conversion, based on the sampling period; and a filter-coefficient control unit configured to set a filter coefficient in the poliphase filter, based on the sampling phase.

  • Publication number: 20120140854
Abstract: A radio communication device which when transmitting both a first information sequence, on which ?/4-shift differential phase shift modulation is performed, as a delayed wave and a second information sequence, on which a differential phase shift modulation is performed, as an advance wave by using a PADM method, interchanges signal points respectively belonging to quadrants which are one of a first quadrant and a third quadrant, a second quadrant and a fourth quadrant, the first quadrant and the second quadrant, the first quadrant and the fourth quadrant, the second quadrant and the third quadrant, and the third quadrant and the fourth quadrant, the signal points being included in signal points mapped onto a complex plane which consists of a real number axis and an imaginary number axis, to change the arrangement of the information sequence.

  • Patent number: 6509714
Abstract: A secondary battery or capacitor fitted with terminals and occupies less area on a packaging substrate. Either one of the positive and negative terminals is mounted within the outer surface of the secondary battery or capacitor. This reduces the area occupied by the secondary battery or capacitor fitted with terminals on the substrate. At least one step is formed on the terminal positioned opposite to the substrate. This prevents electrical shorting between the positive electrode can and the negative terminal.
