  • Publication number: 20240133592
Abstract: A refrigeration cycle apparatus includes a main circuit and a bypass circuit. The main circuit includes: a compressor; a first condenser; a first refrigerant-to-refrigerant heat exchanger; a first expansion device; a first branching portion; a first evaporator; a third branching; and a fourth branching portion. The bypass includes: a second expansion device; the first refrigerant-to-refrigerant heat exchanger; and a second branching portion. The second branching portion includes a liquid outflow pipe and a gas outflow pipe. The liquid outflow pipe defines one outlet for the refrigerant and is located below the gas outflow pipe. The gas outflow pipe defines another outlet for the refrigerant and is located above the liquid outflow pipe. The one outlet of the second branching portion communicates with the third branching portion. The other outlet of the second branching portion communicates with the fourth branching portion.

  • Patent number: 8836919
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a control method for an exposure apparatus is disclosed. The method can include retrieving, from a database, a correction amount of alignment correction at a time of exposure of a wafer and an inclination amount of a wafer stage with respect to an optical axis of an exposure optical system at the time of exposure. The method can include making a determination on the inclination amount based on a predetermined condition. The method can include making a determination on the correction amount based on the predetermined condition. In addition, the method can include issuing an alarm when the inclination amount and the correction amount both satisfy the condition.

  • Patent number: 6946785
Abstract: An oxide composite particle of the present invention is composed of at least one fine gold particle contained in a matrix of an oxide particle or at least one fine gold particle supported fixedly on the surface of an oxide particle, and absorbs a visible light having a specific wavelength. A phosphor of the invention has a thin film which is composed of such oxide composite particles on the surface of a phosphor particle of red or the like. The phosphor can be obtained by mixing phosphor particles into a dispersion of gold colloid/oxide composite particles, agitating the resultant mixture, and taking out the precipitated phosphor particles, followed by drying. Further, in a color filter of the invention, a filter layer of at least one color formed on an inner surface of a panel is a thin film composed of the above-described oxide composite particles.

  • Patent number: 6699580
Abstract: This dispersion liquid composition for black matrix comprises; manganese oxide having an average particle diameter in the range of 50 to 2000 nm, or solid solution of manganese oxide and ferric oxide having an average particle diameter in the range of 50 to 2000 nm and a manganese content in the range of 15 to 70% by weight; at least one kind of dispersing agent selected from a group of water-soluble acrylic resin, sodium salt, ammonium salt or potassium salt of water-soluble acrylic resin, and sodium salt, ammonium salt or potassium salt of polycarboxylic acid or ligninsulfonic acid or bisphenolsulfonic acid; and water, or a solvent mixture of water and an organic solvent compatible with water. By employing such a dispersion liquid composition for black matrix, light reflectivity of a light absorption layer of an interface with a panel is remarkably reduced.

  • Patent number: 6630778
Abstract: A color cathode ray tube includes a transparent panel, a funnel joined airtightly to a circumference portion of a sidewall of the panel, a light absorption layer (black layer) and an optical filter layer both disposed on an interior surface of the transparent panel, and a phosphor layer formed thereon. A length from an edge of the panel joined to the funnel to a circumference edge of the light absorption layer formed on an interior surface of the sidewall of the panel is longer than or equal with that from the edge of the panel to a circumference edge of the optical filter layer formed similarly on an interior surface of the sidewall of the panel. The color cathode ray tube can be manufactured by making a length from an edge of the panel to a scraping edge of the light absorption layer in the trimming step of the light absorption layer longer than or equal with that from the edge of the panel to a scraping edge of the filter layer in the trimming step of the filter layer.
