In the composite color unit pixels located at the first or second one along the first direction from composite color unit pixels to which color pixels of the third columns belongs, a connection pattern is designed that the pixels of the third columns are connected to the odd-numbered gate lines and the even-numbered gate lines, alternately, along the first direction.

    Abstract: A vibration electricity generation device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a fixed unit provided with a coil and a movable unit provided with a magnet. The movable unit is supported on the fixed unit in a suspended manner via a pair of coil springs. The movable unit is thus configured to vibrate in the up and down direction with a rather simple structure. A coil supporting member of the fixed unit is configured to cover a coil accommodating portion from both thickness direction sides thereof and a friction reducing treatment is applied to the surfaces of both thickness direction sides of the coil supporting member. The coefficient of kinetic friction is thus maintained low enough and a pair of guide shafts conventionally used are not required, thereby the electricity generation efficiency being improved.

The electrostatic protection circuit is of the configuration that a first diode and a second diode are connected in series, wherein a semiconductor layer owned by each diode is configured to be sandwiched between a gate electrode and a conductive light shielding film. The light shielding film is formed to overlap with the semiconductor layer and has a wider area than the semiconductor layer. This results in having a gate covering the semiconductor layer from an upper side and a back gate covering the semiconductor layer from a lower side, so that the sensitivity can be maintained high irrespective of decreasing the electrostatic protection circuit in dimension.

Correlation data on correlation between a speed variation rate RVA of the spindle rotational speed, a speed variation period ratio RVF thereof, and vibration of a tool when machining the workpiece while periodically varying the spindle rotational speed is previously obtained. Based on the correlation data, the speed variation rate RVA and the speed variation period ratio RVF are set so that the vibration of the tool and machining accuracy are within their respective allowable ranges, and based on the set speed variation rate RVA and speed variation period ratio RVF, a variation amplitude and a variation period of the spindle rotational speed are determined. The spindle is rotated at the rotational speed varying at the determined amplitude and period with respect to a target rotational speed, thereby machining the workpiece.

When it is not holding tools, the tool change arm is rotated to a predetermined non-interference angle, the tool change arm is translated to a forward/backward movement zero point, and the tool change arm is rotated to a rotation zero point. When it is holding tools, the tool change arm is translated to a forward end, the tool change arm is rotated to position it on an expected path, and the tool change arm is moved along the expected path, thereby moving the tool change arm to the rotation zero point and the forward/backward movement zero point.
