  • Patent number: 11743655
Abstract: A piezoelectric sound-generating component case that includes a case body for housing a vibrating plate and insert terminals that are provided in the case body for applying a voltage to the vibrating plate. The case body includes a bottom or base and a side wall that projects from the peripheral edge of the bottom. The case body is provided with an opening that opens on the leading end side, in the projection direction, of the side wall. The side wall has thick parts at least on the sides where the insert terminals are provided. In a plan view of the case body, the transverse direction width of the thick parts of the side wall is larger than the transverse direction width of the parts of the side wall that are adjacent to the thick parts.

  • Patent number: 11362412
Abstract: A radiation conductor is constructed of a metal plate having a pair of main surfaces pointing in opposite directions. Each main surface of the pair of main surfaces includes a first surface region that includes at least part of a peripheral edge portion of the main surface. At least one main surface of the pair of main surfaces includes a second surface region that is a region other than the first surface region. A dielectric member holds the radiation conductor in such a manner that the first surface region of each main surface of the pair of main surfaces is sandwiched between portions of the dielectric member in a thickness direction of the radiation conductor. The second surface region of the at least one main surface is exposed.

  • Publication number: 20010008041
Abstract: A method for manufacturing an insert-resin-molded product prevents resin burrs from being generated. The method includes the steps of: preparing a resin-molding mold having a cavity having an inner wall including a recess formed therein; preparing a metallic member to be placed in the cavity of the resin-molding mold so as to be integrally molded with resin, the member having a metallic part to be fit into a recess of the resin-molding mold; placing the metallic member in the cavity of the resin-molding mold and fitting the metallic part of the metallic member into the recess of the resin-molding mold; and injecting resin into the cavity of the resin-molding mold to integrally insert-resin-mold with the metallic member.
