Abstract: A backpack type satchel with a rain hat and connected cape, consisting of a bag section, a rain hat and connected cape connected to the bag section to form an integrated unit, in which the rain hat and connected cape can be stowed into a side pocket of a satchel. The edge of the hat section of the rain hat and connected cape possesses an internal flexible rubber tube frame, with the aim of causing the edge of the hat of the rain hat and connected cape to stand up, thus effectively causing rainwater to run down the edges of the rain hat does not droop in heavy rain.
