Abstract: A wireless network controller according to an embodiment includes multiple base stations, having multiple wireless channels including wireless channels having different communication rates, for carrying out wireless communication with communication terminals using the wireless channels. The wireless network controller controls a base station communicating with the communication terminal before movement and a movement destination base station for a new communication when the communication terminal is required to communicate with another base station.

Abstract: In a method and device which prevent unnecessary accounting from being performed when a communication deteriorated state occurs in a mobile terminal, a communication deteriorated state is detected in a state where a location registration is performed to a mobile radio communication network, a duration of the communication deteriorated state is detected, and cut of the duration from a duration of accounting is notified to the mobile radio communication network. With the notification, the mobile radio communication network changes accounting for the mobile terminal in the communication deteriorated state. Also, as the above-mentioned communication deteriorated state, there is e.g. a call disable state, a communication disable state during a voice/packet communication, or a communication disconnection state.

Abstract: In a reconnection control method and device for mobile terminal which can automatically change an optimum reconnection time according to various states, a handover history of a mobile terminal is managed, a next handover destination cell of the mobile terminal is predicted from the handover history. When it is detected that the predicted handover destination cell corresponds to a radio wave-faulted area, a predetermined reconnection time for the mobile terminal is changed. When the radio wave-faulted area is a non-service area where a cell is not mounted, the predetermined reconnection time is reduced. When the radio wave-faulted area is a temporary radio wave-faulted area, the predetermined reconnection time is extended. When the radio wave-faulted area is a congestion area, the predetermined reconnection time is reduced.
