Abstract: A system for managing a watching service that provides a user with a video including a watching target captured by using an infrastructure camera comprises a first infrastructure camera, a second infrastructure camera, and processing circuitry. The first and second infrastructure cameras are included in the infrastructure camera. The first infrastructure camera captures a face image of a person passing through a doorway of a building. The second infrastructure camera captures a full-body image of a person passing through the same doorway as the doorway captured by the first infrastructure camera. The processing circuitry performs watch processing of the watching target using first frames from the first infrastructure camera and second frames from the second infrastructure camera.

Abstract: A target management system includes one or more memory devices configured to store a registered image of each of one or more targets and processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to execute a determination process to determine whether a subject in a subject image is identical to any of the targets, provide a determination request to a user terminal when a specific condition is satisfied, and strengthen association between the subject and a specific target when a determination response indicates that the subject and the specific target are identical.

Abstract: A video distribution system distributes a video of an area where a target is present. the video distribution system configured to provide a notification and selection request information to a user terminal, when a specific condition is satisfied. The selection request information presents a plurality of options including viewing the video live and viewing the video later in a recorded form to a user. The video distribution system distributes the video live to the user terminal when the user selects the viewing the video live. The video distribution system enables the user to flexibly select one of the plurality of options depending on the user's own situation.

Abstract: A face image and an entire body image of an arbitrary person passing through a doorway are acquired using a camera image captured by a single camera provided near a doorway of a predetermined area. Entering of a management target into the predetermined area is detected by face authentication process using the face image of the arbitrary person included in the camera image and a registered face image of the management target. A feature quantity of the management of which entering into the predetermined area is detected is extracted. A feature quantity of the arbitrary person is extracted using the entire body image of the arbitrary person after the detection of the entering of the management target into the predetermined are. Leaving of the management target from the predetermined area is detected by re-identification process using the extracted feature quantity of the management target and that of the arbitrary person.

Abstract: When receiving an application for use of a watching service from a communication terminal of the user of the watching service, a management server sends a request for personal identification to a communication terminal of a watching target of the user. When receiving information that meets the request for personal identification from the communication terminal of the watching target, an image of an infrastructure camera including the watching target is allowed to be sent to the communication terminal of the user. The request for personal identification includes photographing a face portion of the watching target by using the communication terminal of the watching target, and sending a shot image of the face portion from the communication terminal of the watching target to the management server.

Abstract: An apparatus comprising a probe having an oxygen ion conductive solid electrolyte layer, a potentiometer and a DC power source connected to the probe. The probe comprises a porous and electronically conductive reference electrode layer on one side of the solid electrolyte layer, a similar measurement electrode layer on the other side of the electrolyte layer and a separation layer of an inactive material on the outer side of the reference electrode layer. The separation layer or the solid electrolyte layer, or both, has a porous structure and is formed such that the reference electrode communicates with an exterior atmosphere only through this porous structure, while either the separation layer or the electrolyte layer serves as a substrate of the probe. During measurement, the DC power source keeps a current flowing through the electrolyte layer between the two electrode layers to maintain a reference oxygen partial pressure at the interface between the electrolyte layer and the reference electrode layer.
