  • Publication number: 20230219247
Abstract: A working machine may include: an output shaft; a rotary blade attached to the output shaft; a prime mover configured to rotate the output shaft; a housing that houses the prime mover and rotatably supports the output shaft; and a blade cover attached to the housing. The sidewall of the blade cover may include a first stopper and a second stopper. The facing portion of the housing may include a first stopper receiver and a second stopper receiver. When the blade cover is pivoted in a first pivot direction of the blade cover, the first stopper may contact the first stopper receiver. When the blade cover is further pivoted in the first pivot direction from a state where the first stopper is in contact with the first stopper receiver, the second stopper may contact the second stopper receiver.

  • Patent number: 5786799
Abstract: A driving method for a liquid crystal display is provided with the steps of (a) applying a row select voltage to each of the row electrodes simultaneously, the row select voltage corresponding to an element of an orthogonal matrix and being either +1 or -1 ; (b) conducting an exclusive-or operation with respect to each element of a row select vector and a display vector, the row select vector indicating the row select voltages by vector notation and the display vector indicating a display data by the vector notation, and conducting a summation of each exclusive-or operation; (c) applying to the column electrode a voltage of a level which varies depending on the summation so as to simultaneously drive the plurality of rows; and (d) in a case where all the display data correspond to ON display or OFF display in the step (c), assigning the row select voltage, applied to either the selected row electrode having the lowest select voltage among driving voltages within one frame period for the ON display or the sele

  • Patent number: 5610628
Abstract: A driving device for a display apparatus having excellent contrast and a high display quality without crosstalk and display irregularities, and a driving method for the same are provided. In the driving device, scanning signals and data signals having a plurality of periodical inactive portions in one frame are applied to respective display dots. In the inactive term, a fixed voltage is applied to each of the display dots. The signal applied to the display dot is divided into small terms by the inactive portions, resulting in more high frequency components in a voltage signal applied to the display dot. As a result, the frequency components of a driving signal applied to the display dot are averaged. Further, a complete orthogonal function having 2.sup.r base function series is used, and a desired display data is completely reproduced on the display apparatus by an arithmetic process assuming auxiliary data in accordance with the number of the scanning electrodes.

  • Patent number: 4799771
Abstract: Disclosed is a liquid crystal display device containing an electrode substrate, a circuit substrate, and a flat-type back light, which incorporates a guide apparatus consisting of several guide members for guiding the back light onto the back surface of the electrode substrate, in which the guide members provide grooves with tapered ends and a narrowed shape at one end, but a wide juncture portion for connecting the guide members together. The edges of the back light unit fit in the grooves. Stopper members are provided facilitate connection to the electrode substrate; and fixing members are provided to secure the guide members to the circuit substrate.

  • Patent number: 4727285
Abstract: A PC board consisting of a conductive layer laid through an insulating layer on a metal plate surface is easily bendable to make any desirable shape. This permits any desired distance to be provided between the display element and the PC board. In addition, it is possible to form display element-fixing angles integrally with the PC board. As a result, the number of components required is decreased and production efficiency improved. Moreover, the metal plate of the PC board protects the display device from unnecessary radiation, external noises and/or static electricity.

  • Patent number: 4643498
Abstract: An anisotropic electric conductive rubber is formed in a reversed L-shape and has integral horizontal and vertical portions. An insulating rubber is applied to the top of the horizontal portion or to the top of the horizontal portion and the outer side of the vertical portion so that a mounting angle is electrically insulated from the electric conductive rubber and that the anisotropic electric conductive rubber is protected from moisture and dust. Moreover, the insulating rubber is softer than the anisotropic electric conductive rubber. As a result, the connector as a whole is relatively soft so that it is hardly damaged and that precise dimension is easily obtained.
