    Abstract: A magnesium/magnesium alloy-and-resin composite includes a magnesium/magnesium alloy substrate, and at least a resin composition coupled to a surface of the substrate. The surface of the substrate is formed with a plurality of pores having a diameter having a range of about 70 nm-400 nm and a depth having a range of about 60 nm-800 nm. The resin composition contains crystalline thermoplastic synthetic resins. A method for making the magnesium/magnesium alloy-and-resin composite is also described.
