  • Patent number: 11744595
Abstract: A one piece molded polymeric ligating clip comprises a pair of curved jaws having a hinge at a proximal end and a latch at a distal end. The inner face of each jaw includes two rows of transverse ribs, with the rows separated from one another along a longitudinal center line of each jaw. The ribs of one row are staggered with respect to the ribs of the other row of the same jaw as well as ribs of the corresponding rows of the other jaw. • Patent number: 11439407
Abstract: A laparoscopic clipping machine that is used to apply clips on tissue structures is enclosed in a housing and includes a pair of movable jaws mounted on a stem. Operational movement for clamping the clips is indirectly triggered by a movement of the handle. The clipping machine further includes at least one spring and a mechanism directly triggering the operational movement of the jaws having at least one pusher movably arranged in the axis of the stem supported in the axis of the stem on the spring. An adjustment mechanism adjusts the jaws output opening to at least two different positions adapted to at least two sizes of the clips, resulting in a different output angle between the jaws, wherein the adjustment mechanism includes a movable shutter element having at least two parts, the narrower part of the shutter element and the wider part of the shutter element.

  • Publication number: 20220248667
Abstract: A medical device for thermally treating a donor organ to be transplanted within a patient, comprises a jacket. The jacket includes a first section and a second section adjacent to the first section. The first and second sections are folded about a hinge to form a pocket sized to receive the donor organ. The first and second sections are secured together by a plurality of conjoined weld bar sets. A sling depends from the second section and has a strap. The strap includes a first end portion coupled to the sling, and an opposite second end portion affixed to one set of the plurality of conjoined weld bar sets.
