The leading closing edge safety arrangement includes a sensor arrangement for defining an optical signal path, and an optical signal path interrupting element in a first lower end position where the lower door end region contacts a floor surface. The sensor arrangement has a coupling device on each of a left and a right door side region of the lower door end region. The coupling device includes a first coupling device having a transmitter, and a second coupling device having a receiver. The first and/or the second coupling device has, as the optical signal path interrupting element, a switching arrangement with at least one switch to be triggered. The switching arrangement switches the transmitter and/or the receiver current-free at least in the first lower end position.

    Abstract: A drive arrangement for a door device which includes a door member. The drive arrangement includes a door shaft, a driven shaft which is operatively connected to the door shaft, a transmission arrangement which drives the door shaft, and at least one electric motor which is coupled to the transmission arrangement to move the door member of the door device from a closed state to an open state and vice versa. The at least one electric motor has at least one eccentric drive shaft. The transmission arrangement includes an eccentric gear transmission which has at least two orbiting toothed disks, each of which have an internal toothing. The at least two orbiting toothed disks are driven by the at least one eccentric drive shaft of the at least one electric motor, and, via the internal toothing, engage with the driven shaft.

The housing assembly defines, together with a part of the room, a housing chamber. The sensor cooperates with the control device and exchanges electronic authorization information so that, in a first position of the door member, the building opening is closed, and in a second position of the door member, the building opening is open and the access to the room of the building is closed.

    Abstract: A maintenance system for a gate device includes a controller, at least one temperature sensor, and an evaluation unit. The controller has a motor control unit which actuates a drive apparatus for driving a gate member, and a non-volatile memory which stores gate data. The gate data is retrievable from the non-volatile memory. The at least one temperature sensor is arranged in a region of the drive apparatus. The at least one temperature sensor continuously transmits a detected temperature as further gate data to the non-volatile memory of the controller. The evaluation unit creates a temperature curve for each of the at least one temperature sensor over a preset operating cycle. A comparison of more than one temperature curve allows a conclusion to be drawn of a need for maintenance of the gate device.
