  • Publication number: 20240083340
Abstract: A support frame for components of a vehicle lighting device, especially for a housing or for a light module. The support frame features a sandwich structure of at least two metallic sheet members in parallel arrangement and at least one intermediate plastic joint member, which features form-locking joints with the sheet members.

  • Publication number: 20240051099
Abstract: A method for producing a screw connection having a screw that is set in rotational motion with a screwdriving head of a screwdriving tool. The screwdriving head has a motor drive for creating the rotational motion of a screw receptacle of the screwdriving head. The screw is driven into at least one mating part of the screw connection in a rapid speed. A torque is detected with which the screw is driven. The rapid speed with a higher rotational speed is changed to a creep speed with a lower rotational speed at a changeover time. The changeover time is determined as a function of the detected torque during screwdriving at rapid speed. The screw is further driven at the creep speed until a head contact time when a head of the screw makes contact on the mating part.

  • Publication number: 20230037581
Abstract: A rivet sleeve of a blind rivet for connecting at least one die-head-side component to a closing-head-side component, the rivet sleeve having a sleeve shank including a sleeve shank end. An elastic sleeve die head is arranged at an end of the sleeve shank opposite the sleeve shank end for ensuring a minimum clamping force between at least the die-head-side component and the closing-head-side component in a closed state of the blind rivet, the sleeve die head. The sleeve die head extend around the sleeve shank radially around the extension axis of the sleeve shank. At least two recesses spaced a distance apart in the lateral surface of the sleeve die head.

  • Patent number: 11131437
Abstract: A bonding arrangement and a method for the adhesive bonding of a position-sensitive element to a receiving body, in particular of an optical element, such as a semiconductor light source, a reflector, or the like, wherein a UV-curable adhesive is arranged between the position-sensitive element and the receiving body. Provision is made that the bond between the position-sensitive element and the receiving body has at least one cavity for accommodating the UV-curable adhesive and at least one retaining element that extends into the cavity and projects into the UV-curable adhesive. The cavity has a bottom section that is designed to be sufficiently thin-walled that the adhesive can be cured with UV light that can be radiated through the bottom section.
