  • Publication number: 20230386779
Abstract: A sample holder includes a main component comprising a first surface area, and a retaining mechanism comprising a holding component. The retaining mechanism is configured to retain a sample between the holding component of the retaining mechanism and the first surface area in a closed state of the retaining mechanism. The retaining mechanism is further configured to enter an opened state upon mechanical actuation of the retaining mechanism. The opened state allows insertion and removal of the sample. The retaining mechanism is further configured to revert to the closed state once the mechanical actuation is removed.

  • Patent number: 11731852
Abstract: The invention relates to a winding machine (1). According to the invention a winding material supply guide (14) is guided for being displaced with a degree of freedom (19) relative to a frame (2) of the winding machine (1). When a winding material guiding structure (4) executes a compensating movement (23) along a degree of freedom (6) during the winding process due to an increase of the diameter of a wound package formed on a spindle (3), a corresponding movement of the winding material supply guide (14) along the degree of freedom (19) can be induced in a way such that a supply angle ? of the winding material (11) to the winding material guiding structure (4) does not change during the winding process.

  • Publication number: 20030019970
Abstract: A winding machine (1) for winding up sensitive bobbin material (8), for example yarn or tape, arriving from a feeding apparatus (11) includes a winding spindle (4) being designed and arranged to be rotated by a drive. A unit (14) of the machine (1) serves to determine a signal which is approximately proportional to the tension of the bobbin material (8). The unit (14) includes an arm (15) being designed and arranged to be movable to a limited extent and only one roller (16) being arranged at the arm (15). The only one roller (16) is designed and arranged to guide the bobbin material (8) to contact the feeding apparatus (11) and the roller (16) without contacting other elements in between. Especially, the winding machine (1) may include a plurality of winding heads (30) each including a winding spindle (4), a traversing apparatus (10) and a unit (14) for winding up bobbin material (8) arriving from a plurality of feeding apparatuses (11).
