The electronic device includes: a detection unit that detects a state of the electronic device; a generation unit that generates third information in which first information that is information indicating the state of the electronic device and second information that is information indicating time of detection by the detection unit are associated with each other; a registration unit that registers the third information in a memory unit in order of generation; and a control unit that performs, when power supply to the electronic device is started, control to transmit latest third information among one or more pieces of the third information stored in the memory unit, to the server device, as stop information related to time at which the electronic device was stopped.

Abstract: An image forming apparatus connected to a plural servers and includes a storage part including a log data storage area and configured to store log data into the log data storage area being divided into a first area capable of retaining a first predetermined number of log data items and a second area capable of retaining a second predetermined number of log data items, a data management part configured to manage the storing of the log data into the log data storage area, and a notice transmission part configured to instruct the plural servers to obtain the log data stored in the log data storage area by simultaneously transmitting a notice to the plural servers. The data management part instructs the notice transmission part to transmit the notice when the number of times of storing the log data becomes equivalent to the first predetermined number.

Abstract: An image processing device is connected to a device management apparatus via a network and includes device information in accordance with the Common Information Model CIM. In the image processing device, a first transform part transforms, when a query described in a general-purpose language to include a request of data handling of device information with respect to jobs is received, CIM objects, generated from the device information with respect to the jobs, into XML data items. A combining part combines the XML data items into XML data and generates the combined XML data. An extracting part extracts an XML data item associated with the request from the combined XML data. A second transform part transforms the XML data item into a CIM object. The data handling of the CIM object is performed and a result of the data handling is transmitted.
