    Abstract: A system and method for neutralizing chemical or biological agents present within a cavity of a piece of ordnance includes structures configured and operating for engaging the piece of ordnance between two retaining and drilling devices; boring two holes through sidewalls of the piece of ordnance to access the cavity; supply an emulsion through the one of holes to the cavity, and extract the emulsion through the second of the holes from the cavity; circulate the emulsion into a reservoir for mixing, wherein the emulsion contains chemicals to neutralize the chemical or biological agents; and continue circulating the emulsion until the chemical or biological agents have been neutralized.

    Abstract: An ecological shooting training panel has a compact metal sheet retained by a first metal support frame, a rhomboid-shaped metal mesh disposed on the compact metal sheet, and a compact layer of elastomeric material covering the rhomboid-shaped metal mesh. The rhomboid-shaped metal mesh is retained by a second metal support frame connected to the first metal support frame. The elastomeric material is spaced from the compact metal sheet to provide an open gap formed by the compact metal sheet, rhomboid-shaped metal mesh and elastomeric material. A target is configured to be removably mounted over the elastomeric material such that when a projectile is fired at the target, the projectile passes through the target and the combined structural arrangement of the compact metal sheet, rhomboid-shaped metal mesh and elastomeric material absorbs an impact energy of the projectile, and residue generated by the projectile drops through the open gap.

    Abstract: An electronic shield provides protection against rocket propelled grenades. The electronic shield has a mounting frame having opposite first and second mounting surfaces. Grids of electrodes are mounted in spaced-apart relation one behind the other on the first and second mounting surfaces of the mounting frame to form an impact surface configured to be impacted by a rocket propelled grenade. Each grid of electrodes has first connecting end portions connected directly to the first mounting surface of the mounting frame and second connecting end portions connected to the second mounting surface of the mounting frame via respective elastic members. During impact of a grenade on the impact surface, at least one electronic operation device instantaneously directs high power modulated electronic pulses to the impact surface to instantaneously deactivate the grenade.

    Abstract: The invention accomplishes the protection of vehicles, helicopters and other structures from attacks with rocket propelled grenades of the RPG 7 type, except of grenades of the NADER or other similar to that type. Compromising of several grids of electrodes (1, 2, 3) that are placed one behind the other, of one mounting frame (4) where each grid of electrodes (1, 2, 3) is fixed only from one of its sides, while the cross side from its fixed side is tied on the mounting frame (4) with special elastic canals (7), leaving all the other sides unfixed. The next grid (1, 2, 3) is fixed on the frame (4) from the side that the previous was tied with the special elastic canals (7) while it is tied with the special elastic canals (7) from the side that the previous was fixed on the frame (4). It is lightweight. During impact of the grenades on the shield, an electronic device (8) directs instantaneously modulated electronic pulses resulting in the instantaneous destruction of the grenades.
