    Abstract: A method of improving sound quality of an ultrasonic speaker device includes: a first operation of removing a low frequency component of an input audio signal by using a high pass filter; a second operation of correcting a response characteristic of a signal obtained by removing the low frequency component, for each frequency band by using an equalizer; a third operation of adjusting a sound pressure level of a signal obtained by correcting the response characteristic for each frequency band; and a fourth operation of controlling a signal magnitude not to increase above a particular level by using a limiter, in order to prevent a signal clipping that may occur in the second operation and the third operation. An audio signal of improved sound quality may be transmitted to a listener by applying a sound quality improving method suitable for the characteristics of a super-directional ultrasonic speaker.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a heat exchange apparatus used as a cooling apparatus for hydraulic oil that operates a hydraulic machine. A heat exchange apparatus includes multiple embedded tubes through which a heat medium passes, are installed in the interior of a shell having thermal fluid, such as hydraulic oil, passing therethrough to allow a heat exchange between the heat medium and the thermal fluid. The shell of the heat exchange apparatus includes coupling the multiple tubes to closure thin plates that are a metal plate cut or bent in a predetermined shape, combining the closure thin plates in a box form, and forming a synthetic resin coating layer on the exterior surfaces of the closure thin plates. Thus, the heat exchange apparatus achieves productivity improvements and manufacturing cost reductions while ensuring performance including pressure resistance and air tightness, and durability.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for fabricating a CuInS2 thin film by metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). The method comprises fabricating a copper thin film by depositing an asymmetric copper precursor on a substrate by MOCVD and fabricating a CuInS2 thin film by depositing an indium-sulfur-containing precursor on the copper thin film by MOCVD. The method enables fabrication of a CuInS2 thin film with a constant composition even under vacuum as well as an argon (Ar) atmosphere. Disclosed is further a CuInS2 thin film fabricated by the method. Disclosed is further a method for fabricating an In2S3 thin film for a window of a solar cell via deposition of an indium-sulfur-containing precursor on the CuInS2 thin film by MOCVD. Disclosed further is an In2S3 thin film fabricated by the method. The In2S3 thin film is useful for a substitute for CdS conventionally used for windows of solar cells and contributes to simplification in fabrication process of solar cells.

    Abstract: A brush coupled to a hairdye ejecting apparatus in which a first hairdye and a second hairdye are simultaneously ejected from a pair of storing vessels to dye or to decolorize the hairs. The first hairdye and the second hairdye can be ejected in a combination of them, thereby making it possible to dye or decolorize the hairs by only one stroke of the brush. In the brush coupled to a hairdye ejecting apparatus according to the present invention, if a push button 18 is pressed, a pair of levers 28 are pivoted downward to push down a pair of blocks 15. Then the pair of the blocks 15 press down a pair nozzles 11b of a tank 11, with the result that the hairdyes are supplied into the blocks 15. Then the hairdyes are supplied to a hairdye collecting member 16 where the hairdyes are mixed together. Then the mixed hairdyes pass through a guide pipe 17, a conduit 33, and a plurality of branch conduits 33a so as to be ultimately ejected through outlets 35a of hairdye ejecting comb blades 35 to the hairs of the user.
