Abstract: Validating services received and prices paid by a patient. A patient user interface is presented, which is configured to enable a patient to enter patient information relative to medical services received by the patient in connection with one or more visits by the patient to a medical provider. Patient information is received at the patient user interface. The patient information includes an identity of at least one service provided to the patient by the medical provider, and a price paid by the patient to the medical provider in connection with the medical provider providing the at least one service to the patient. It is determined whether or not the price paid by the patient is applicable toward a deductible for the patient's insurance plan, and/or whether or not all or part of the price paid by the patient is applicable toward a patient reimbursement based on the patient's insurance plan.
