When attached to the desktop, the brackets maintain the resistance bands and handle generally underneath the desktop when not in use. When needed, the user grips the handle with two hands and performs various exercises while seated in his or her chair. The handle is configured ergonomically to match the angle of the user's hands when gripping the handle from a seated position. As second set of resistance bands with handles at one end thereof may be attached to the brackets to perform additional exercises.
