Abstract: The apparatus or the method of this invention selects an interpolation value candidate region for an uncorrectable point, equally divides the interpolation value candidate region into a plurality of divided regions, causes representative values of the divided regions to be added to and passed through a high-pass filter that reproduces a state up to a point immediately preceding the uncorrectable point, selects a divided region in which a value is lowest and further divides the selected region equally into a plurality of divided small regions, causes representative values of the divided small regions to be added to and passed through the high-pass filter that reproduces a state up to the point immediately preceding the uncorrectable point, and takes a representative value of a divided small region in which a value is lowest as the interpolation value of the uncorrectable point.

Abstract: A memory has a song table SGT and a folder address table FoAT. The FoAT stores a folder address representing a position of each folder read out from a CD. The SGT has the number of bits equal to the number of files in all folders read out from the CD and a bit corresponding to an initial file in the respective folder is set to “1” and that corresponding to another file is set to “0”. When a program number is designated from an operation panel, reference is made to the SGT and FoAT and access is gained to the CD.

Abstract: A microprocessor for processing data corresponding to a plurality of computer programs includes multiple program counters each specifying a program address of a computer program having data to be processed, a selector for sequentially selecting the program counters, the selector having multiple independent storage sections for storing a plurality of arbitrary selection order of the program counters, an arithmetic logic unit for processing data of the computer program corresponding to the program address stored in one of the program counters selected by the selector, and a device for transferring data between the program counters, the selector, and the arithmetic logic unit.

Abstract: A CPU is connected to a memory storing programs for operating the CPU and a number of simulators, a display unit and a mouse for pointing a particular data shown on said display unit as well as to other devices. A number of windows are arranged on the display screen of the display unit to show the simulated operation of the processors disposed in a target apparatus, that of the keys also arranged in the target apparatus for operating the latter and that of the display unit arranged in the target apparatus for 7-segment digit presentation. When a particular key is pointed by the mouse, the CPU sequentially executes the simulators that correspond to the pointed key. The obtained results of simulation are displayed on the related windows of the display unit.
