Abstract: A work management apparatus, a work management method, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a control program for managing a plurality of soldering works to be manually performed on a board, include: storing, in association with identification information of the board acquired by an identification information acquisition device connected to the work management apparatus, captured images of an entirety of the board and monitor information being chronologically continuous and respectively acquired by an image-capturing device and a soldering monitor device each connected to the work management apparatus in the soldering works; and chronologically displaying each of the captured images and monitor information stored in association with one piece of identification information selected from among the stored identification information of the board in a state where a capturing date and time of the captured image and an acquisition date and time of the monitor information match.
