  • Publication number: 20240075192
Abstract: A dialysis apparatus has a replenisher passage selectively connectable to an arterial side passage (pre-replenishment) or a venous side passage (post-replenishment) in a blood circuit. A supply side pressure sensor measures a pressure of a dialysate supply passage and a collection side pressure sensor measures a pressure of a dialysate collection passage. The connection passages each have one end communicating with the arterial side passage or the venous side passage of the blood circuit and another end connected to the dialysate collection passage. It is determined whether the replenisher passage is connected to the arterial side passage or the venous side passage, based on a differential pressure of pressures measured by the supply side pressure sensor and the collection side pressure sensor, in a state where a dialysate pump (liquid delivery device) causes dialysate to flow into the blood circuit from the replenisher passage.

  • Publication number: 20230405202
Abstract: A tube pump having a housing in which a large diameter flexible tube is arranged along a lateral wall formed to have a substantially horseshoe shape, and a roller that moves along the lateral wall of the housing. Between a blockage section which pressures and blocks the large diameter tube and a separation section shaped so as to gradually extend away from the rotation center, the lateral wall is provided with a pressure release section having an arc with a radius larger than the blockage section. While the roller is moving through the pressure release section, a communication opening is formed in the large diameter tube pressured by the roller so as to allow communication between a part positioned on an upstream side and a part positioned on a downstream side of the roller, while a size of the communication opening is maintained to be constant.

  • Patent number: 11724017
Abstract: A dialysis apparatus has a connection channel that communicatively connects a dialysate circuit and a blood circuit, and circulates dialysate from the dialysate circuit to the blood circuit via the connection channel during a priming operation. A blood pump has a tube attachment device that switches from an unattached state in which a tube is positioned outside a housing and permits liquid to circulate thereinside, to an attached state in which the tube is in the housing and a rotor compresses the tube. At the time of priming, the liquid feeding pump feeds dialysate from the dialysate circuit to the blood circuit via the connection channel. With the blood pump being in the unattached state, the dialysate is circulated past the blood pump, and then, with the blood pump in the attached state, the dialysate is circulated in a direction opposite to the blood pump.

  • Patent number: 10080832
Abstract: A filter CF1 for filtering dialysis fluid comprises the following: a housing 52 inside of which a filter material 51 is accommodated and which is vertically long; an introduction port 53 that is disposed in the lower part of the housing and that introduces dialysis fluid from an upstream-side flow path 23a; a filtered fluid lead-out port 54 through which filtered dialysis fluid, which has passed through the filter material, is lead out from the upper part of the housing to a downstream-side flow path 23b; and an unfiltered fluid lead-out port 55 through which unfiltered fluid is lead out from the upper part of the housing to a waste fluid flow path 57. When removing the filter from a dialysis fluid circuit 4, fluid is suctioned from the inside of the housing via the upstream-side flow path by using fluid suction means 64A, and a gas is caused to flow into the housing from at least either one of the waste fluid flow path and the downstream-side flow path by using gas inflow means 65.
