  • Publication number: 20250092996
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a high pressure tank having a reinforcing layer on an outer surface of a liner provided with dome portions at both end portions of a round tubular shaped body portion, the method including: a winding process of winding a fiber bundle containing a curable resin and having a predetermined tension on the outer surface of the liner; and a reinforcing layer forming process of forming the reinforcing layer by curing the curable resin contained in the fiber bundle wound around the outer surface, in which the winding process is performed so that the tensions of the fiber bundles at the both end portions are lower than a tension of the fiber bundle at a general portion of the body portion defined between the both end portions.

  • Publication number: 20250074013
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a high pressure tank having a reinforcing layer on an outer surface of a hollow liner, the method including: a winding process of winding a fiber bundle containing a curable resin and having a predetermined tension on the outer surface of the liner; and a reinforcing layer forming process of forming the reinforcing layer by curing the curable resin contained in the fiber bundle wound around the outer surface, in which the winding process is performed so that the tension of the fiber bundle is reduced toward an outer circumferential side of the reinforcing layer.

  • Patent number: 12202067
Abstract: The present invention includes: a primary joining process in which a coarse portion having a predetermined width is formed in the vicinity of a step side face within a plasticized region while the rotary tool is being moved one round along a first butted portion to perform friction stirring in a state that a tip of a tip side pin of a rotary tool being rotated is inserted to the same depth as or slightly deeper than a step bottom face and an outer circumferential face of a base side pin is in contact with a front face of a sealing body and the tip side pin is slightly in contact with at least an upper portion of a jacket body; and an inspection process in which a passed position of the tip side pin is specified by performing a flaw detection to detect the coarse portion.

  • Patent number: 11543404
Abstract: The present invention provides a nerve cell device in which early observation of nerve activity (spikes, bursts, and the like) is made possible and the measured electric strength is increased by cultivating neurons upon a cell scaffold. By using this nerve cell device, imaging of intracellular signaling is also possible.

  • Publication number: 20210238528
Abstract: [Problem] To provide a fiber sheet that can be used as a cell scaffold material and provide a stable and uniform cell sheet. [Solution] The present invention provides an oriented fiber sheet. The diameter, in an orthogonal cross-section, of a fiber forming the fiber sheet is 1 ?m to 7 ?m. The pitch of the fiber sheet is 6 ?m to 60 ?m, the porosity is 10% to 60%, and the thickness is 4 ?m to 70 ?m. When a plurality of layers of the fiber sheet are stacked upon one another, the orientation axes of the fiber sheets intersect at angles of 5° to 25°. The fiber forming the fiber sheet are prepared from a biodegradable or non-biodegradable polymer material. PLGA is preferable as a biodegradable polymer material. Polystyrene is preferable as a non-biodegradable polymer material.

  • Publication number: 20200407674
Abstract: Problems: A devise for retaining and transporting cells that is capable of holding cultured cells and moving the cells while holding them is provided. Solutions: The device for retaining and transporting cells 100 has a base 101, a through hole 103, a cell scaffold 105, and an manipulating part 107. The cell scaffold 105 holds cells such as cardiac myocytes and nerve cells. When holding the cells in the cell scaffold 105, drop the suspension from the through hole 103 to the cell scaffold 105 exposing from the through hole 103 using a pipette etc. and culture. The manipulating part 107 is formed so as to project from the upper surface P101a of the base 101. Multiple manipulating part 107 is formed radially on the upper surface P101a of the base 101, centered on the through hole 103. By forming the manipulating part 107, the manipulating part 107 can be held by a holder such as tweezers, which enables easy operation of the device for retaining and transporting cells 100.
