Patent number: 11942495Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a semiconductor chip, a circuit board, a heat releasing plate, an adhesive member, and a conductive member. The circuit board transmits a signal of the semiconductor chip. The heat releasing plate has the semiconductor chip disposed thereon, and has an opening in a region on the outer side of a semiconductor chip placement region that is a region in which the semiconductor chip is disposed. The adhesive member is disposed in a region on the outer side of the opening on a different surface of the heat releasing plate from the surface on which the semiconductor chip is disposed, and bonds the circuit board and the heat releasing plate to each other. The conductive member connects the semiconductor chip and the circuit board to each other via the opening.Type: GrantFiled: June 21, 2019Date of Patent: March 26, 2024Assignee: SONY SEMICONDUCTOR SOLUTIONS CORPORATIONInventors: Daisuke Chino, Hiroyuki Shigeta, Shigekazu Ishii, Koyo Hosokawa, Hirohisa Yasukawa, Mitsuhito Kanatake, Kosuke Hareyama, Yutaka Ootaki, Kiyohisa Sakai, Atsushi Tsukada, Hirotaka Kobayashi, Ninao Sato, Yuki Yamane

Publication number: 20240087073Abstract: A control device reads power consumption, information on the delivery number and weight of a first product set, and information on the delivery number and weight of a second product set from a storage device. The control device proportionally divides the power consumption. The control device reads a first conversion formula from the storage device, and calculates CO2 emissions from transportation of the first product set from an A station to a B station and CO2 emissions from transportation of the second product set from the A station to the B station by substituting the power consumptions, into the first conversion formula.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 10, 2023Publication date: March 14, 2024Applicant: TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Atsushi KOMADA, Mitsuru OGASAWARA, Masahiko ISHII, Hidetaka ASANO, Tomokazu ISHII, Koji HETSUGI, Kosuke YONEKAWA, Yoshikazu JIKUHARA

Publication number: 20240078500Abstract: A management device includes a communication device and a control device. The communication device is configured to communicate with a moving object configured to transport a product from an upstream company to a downstream company. The control device is configured to calculate CO2 emissions emitted by transportation of the product based on an amount of energy consumed by the moving object from a transportation start time point to a transportation completion time point of the product.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 11, 2023Publication date: March 7, 2024Applicant: TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHAInventors: Atsushi KOMADA, Mitsuru OGASAWARA, Masahiko ISHII, Hidetaka ASANO, Tomokazu ISHII, Koji HETSUGI, Kosuke YONEKAWA, Yoshikazu JIKUHARA

Publication number: 20230293757Abstract: Provided is an air cleaning system including: an ozone generation unit that generates ozone gas; and a discharge unit that atomizes or vaporizes an aqueous alcohol solution and discharges the aqueous alcohol solution. A mole fraction of an alcohol included in the aqueous alcohol solution with respect to the aqueous alcohol solution is 0.05 or more and 0.35 or less. A hydroxyl radical is generated through a reaction of the ozone gas with the aqueous alcohol solution that has been atomized or vaporized.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 18, 2023Publication date: September 21, 2023Applicant: IHI CORPORATIONInventors: Katsumi TAKAHASHI, Shoko MUROFUSHI, Kosuke ISHII

Patent number: 7383192Abstract: A value chain flow diagram expresses the flow of money, things, claims, persons, information, services, values or the like related to the lifecycle of products (planning, designing, manufacturing, distribution, sale, use, disposal) which are generated among enterprises, departments of an enterprise, clients, users, stockholders, authentication organizations or regional inhabitants. In the product value chain flow diagram, individual components such as the enterprises, the departments of the enterprise, the clients, the users, the stockholders, the authentication organization or the regional inhabitants are expressed by block shapes such as boxes and circles and the flow of the money, the things, the claims, the persons, the information, the services, the values or the like is expressed by specific symbols or linear or curved arrows labeled with icons. Further, the components which are expressed by blocks are connected with each other.Type: GrantFiled: September 17, 2001Date of Patent: June 3, 2008Assignees: Kabushiki Kaisha Toshiba, The Board of Trustees of the Leland Stanford Junior UniversityInventors: Shinya Sekimoto, Hiroshi Yamazaki, Kyoko Suzuki, Kosuke Ishii
