An accommodating recess is provided at the one end side of the hollow core, said accommodating recess having a bottom part which is where the flange part is positioned, and which is in contact with the flange part. An inclined portion, which gradually inclines further towards the gear part side as said inclined portion approaches a center side in the radial direction, is provided to the flange portion.
