  • Patent number: 9452795
Abstract: Outer side end sections 16a of a floor undercover 16 in a width direction of a vehicle are provided so as to overlap, in a front-rear direction of the vehicle, with rear wheels 19 forwardly of the rear wheels 19b in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. Front parts of the side end sections 16a in the front-rear direction of the vehicle are composed of concavities 20 concave upward in a vertical direction of the vehicle relative to other parts of the floor undercover 16. Fronts of the concavities 20 in the front-rear direction of the vehicle are open, while rear end surfaces 22 of the concavities 20 in the front-rear direction of the vehicle are inclined obliquely downwardly toward the rear of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 6647201
Abstract: An audio signal and a video signal are recorded onto a hard disk. In the hard disk, by time-divisionally processing the recording and reproduction, they are executed in parallel. Audio data as much as four fields and corresponding video data as much as one field are constructed as one set and are time-sequentially recorded. In a one-time speed reproduction, the data is reproduced every set. The video data is repetitively reproduced for a period of time of four fields. In a double-speed reproduction, the video data is reproduced every other data and the audio data as much as four fields corresponding to the video data which is reproduced and the audio data as much as subsequent four fields are reproduced. To reproduce the audio data as much as eight fields for a period of time of four fields, the speed of the audio data is converted to a double speed and the audio data is continuously reproduced.

  • Patent number: 6498893
Abstract: A recording/reproducing apparatus by which optimum playback pictures can be produced eve in case of parallel recording/reproduction. A storage unit 123 transiently stores video signals obtained from an overwrite type disc-shaped recording medium 102. A signal processing unit 122 decodes video signals stored in the storage unit 123. A holding unit 124 holds video signals decoded by the signal decoding unit 122. A control unit 101 performs control of the entire apparatus and also performs control for address management and data transfer of the disc-shaped recording medium 102 so that, if the apparatus is set to a mode of performing a playback operation while the recording operation is going on, the storage means 123 stores plural fields of the video signals and the holding unit 124 interpolates the video signals.

  • Patent number: 6427048
Abstract: A device for use in a television receiver for constantly recording a received program onto a recording medium such as a hard disk drive where a desired scene or program can be easily searched from recorded picture planes without an increase in circuit scale and costs. A picture plane area of a display is divided into a plurality of small picture plane areas and picture planes divided every predetermined time are displayed as index images in correspondence to the plurality of divided small picture plane areas respectively. When a desired one of the index images is designated, moving image information corresponding to the designated index image is read out from the hard disk drive and is displayed. An offset time of a predetermined amount is given to the index images which were divisionally displayed. The received video signal is compressed so that one field is set to a fixed length and is recorded onto the hard disk.

  • Publication number: 20010014203
Abstract: In a recording apparatus and a recording and reproducing method of image information which are suitable in a television receiver for constantly recording a received program onto a recording medium such as a hard disk drive, a desired scene or program can be easily searched from recorded picture planes and an increase in circuit scale and costs can be prevented. Specifically speaking, a picture plane area of a display is divided into a plurality of small picture plane areas 81A, 81B, . . . and picture planes divided every predetermined time are displayed as index images in correspondence to the plurality of divided small picture plane areas 81A, 81B, . . . , respectively. When a desired one of the index images is designated, moving image information corresponding to the designated index image is read out from the hard disk drive and is displayed. An offset time of a predetermined amount is given to the index images which were divisionally displayed.

  • Patent number: 6204886
Abstract: A received television broadcasting signal is always recorded to a hard disk. In the hard disk, by time-divisionally processing the recording and reproduction, they are executed in parallel. In the television broadcasting, when the user wants to see a video image which has already become a past image, a high speed reverse rotation reproduction is instructed by the user. The video image is switched from the video image by the television broadcasting to the reproduction video image reproduced from the hard disk. The user designates the reproducing position while seeing the video image reproduced by the reverse rotation. The forward rotation reproduction is started from the designated position. When a scene which the user wants to see is finished and the forward rotation reproduction is cancelled by the user, the video image is switched from the reproduction video image to the video image of the television broadcasting.

  • Patent number: 4991029
Abstract: A method of processing original still picture data representing an original still image and stored in a video memory and storing processed still picture data representing a processed still image in a predetermined location of the video memory comprising the steps of setting an XY orthogonal coordinate system on the video memory, setting a reference line parallel to one of the X and Y axes of the orthogonal coordinate system and passing through a point of intersection of lines, each of which connects corresponding pixels of the original and processed still images, moving multiples the pixel data on a line of the original still image parallel to the reference line and furthest from the reference line to addresses of the video memory forming a line of the processed still image, and repeating the preceding step for pixel data on lines of the still image parallel to the reference line and second furthest from the reference line and succeeding lines, to thereby store the processed still picture data representing th
