  • Patent number: 11966874
Abstract: A logistics system provides a logistics service utilizing a logistics robot that delivers a package by autonomous traveling. The logistics system includes one or more processors configured to execute a delivery route determination process that determines a delivery route along which the logistics robot delivers the package. When there are a plurality of delivery route candidates from a position of the logistics robot to a delivery destination of the package, the one or more processors select the delivery route from the plurality of delivery route candidates based on at least one of a congestion degree of each of the plurality of delivery route candidates, a time of day, a weather condition, and energy consumption of the logistics robot along each of the plurality of delivery route candidates.

  • Patent number: 11804088
Abstract: A mobile body delivers a package to a designated destination by autonomous traveling. When the mobile body arrives at the destination, door status information including opening/closing status of an entrance door of the destination is acquired, and it is determined whether the entrance door of the destination has been opened based on the acquired door status information. When the entrance door has been opened, a delivery of the package to the destination is authenticated, and a locking device for regulating the delivery of the package from the mobile body is unlocked.

  • Publication number: 20230012502
Abstract: An automated order processing for order items registered in advance as commodities targeted for automated order service is performed. In the automated order processing, it is determined whether any container/package for the order items exists in the disposal box, based on internal status data of a disposal box or identification data on the contents of the container/package existing in the disposal box. If it is determined that any container/package for the order items exists in the disposal box, the number of discarded containers/packages for the order items existing in the disposal box is calculated. Then, it is determined whether the number of discarded containers/packages is equal to or larger than an upper threshold set according to a sales mode of the order items. If it is determined that the number of discarded containers/packages is equal to or larger than the upper threshold, ordering data of the order items is generated.

  • Publication number: 20230011955
Abstract: This paper discloses a delivery system in which delivery of an object to an event is carried out by a mobile body which travels autonomously and can flexibly cope with the change without bothering a user even when a schedule for the event is changed in the middle of the delivery. The delivery system acquires the schedule of a target event to which the object is delivered from the database in which the event can be registered by the user. Then, it creates the delivery plan based on the acquired schedule. The mobile body travels according to the delivery plan. When the schedule is changed during the delivery, the delivery system modifies the delivery plan based on a changed schedule and a current position of the mobile body and moves the mobile body according to the modified delivery plan.

  • Publication number: 20220398536
Abstract: A management server executes selection processing to select a mobile in charge of a replacement indicating at least one of a collection of a trash box installed in a facility and a replenishment of a trash box to a facility. The facility includes a first facility and a second facility. In the selection processing, when a request for the replacement in the first facility is received, a mobile for the first facility indicating a mobile in charge of this is selected. If a request for the replacement in the second facility is received during the replacement by the mobile for the first facility, it is determined whether a return condition for the mobile for the first facility is satisfied. If it is determined that the return condition is satisfied, an operation instruction of the replacement at the second facility is transmitted to the mobile for the first facility.

  • Publication number: 20220397901
Abstract: A system includes a trash box, a data acquiring device, a computer of a facility, a mobile, and a management server. The trash box is placed in a space facing a road for the mobile in the facility. The data acquiring device acquires collection status data of a trash in the trash box. The management server or the computer of the facility determines whether a collection of the trash box is required based on comparing a judgment element calculated by using a collection status data with a judgment threshold. The management server transmits a collection order to the mobile if it is determined that the collection of trash box is required. The mobile comprises an automatic collection device. The automatic collection device performs an automated replenishment control of the trash box if the mobile receives the collection order.
