Abstract: The object is to provide an artist supporting and mediating system that provides opportunities for listeners, viewers and others who appreciate creative works by financially supporting unknown artists whom they favor and also provides environments for those artists to sustain creative activities with the help of those financial supports so that they can grow without the help of major sponsors until those artists become capable of sustaining their activities on their own income.
