  • Publication number: 20250012472
Abstract: A factory is equipped with a manufacturing apparatus (300) installed therein for manufacturing a workpiece whose manufacturing quality changes depending on a temperature inside the factory and a humidity inside the factory.
    Type: Application
    Filed: November 2, 2022
    Publication date: January 9, 2025
Applicants: DMG MORI CO., LTD., KYOTO UNIVERSITY
Inventors: Kotaro MORI, Iwao YAMAJI, Daisuke OGURA
  • Patent number: 11591234
Abstract: A hydrotalcite is represented by formula (1): (M2+)1-X(M3+)X(OH)2(An?)X/n·mH2O??(1), wherein M2+ indicates a divalent metal, M3+ indicates a trivalent metal, An? indicates an n-valent anion, n indicates an integer of 1 to 6, 0.17?x?0.36, and 0?m?10. The hydrotalcite has (A) a lattice strain in the <003> direction is 3×10?3 or less as measured using an X-ray diffraction method; (B) primary particles with an average width between 5 nm and 200 nm inclusive per a SEM method; and (C) a degree of monodispersity of 50% or greater (degree of monodispersity (%)=(average width of primary particles as measured using the SEM method/average width of secondary particles as measured using a dynamic light scattering method)×100). A resin containing the hydrotalcite, a suspension containing the hydrotalcite and a method for producing the hydrotalcite are disclosed.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 15, 2018
Date of Patent: February 28, 2023
    Assignee: SETOLAS HOLDINGS, INC.
    Inventors: Kotaro Mori, Shigeo Miyata
  • Patent number: 11226601
Abstract: A support position adjustment amount estimation apparatus includes a reference load data storage storing reference load data for each support device obtained when a reference surface of a machine tool is in a leveled condition, a relational equation storage storing a relational equation between an amount of variation of a support position in each support device from a reference support position and an amount of variation of a load in each support device from the reference load data with the support position in one support device selected from three or more support devices fixed, and an adjustment amount estimator estimating a support position adjustment amount for each support device other than the fixed support device based on load data detected in all of the support devices, and the reference load data for all of the support devices, and the relational equation.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 25, 2019
Date of Patent: January 18, 2022
