Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to product promotions, and more particularly to method and system for providing customized product recommendations to consumers. In one embodiment, the method may include determining a location of a consumer and a target product segment of interest to the consumer, determining a plurality of field-installed products in the target product segment and in a geographic area of the location, gathering near real-time operational data from each of the plurality of field-installed products along with a plurality of associated parameters for the geographic region using application scripts pre-installed in each of the plurality of field-installed products, and dynamically analyzing the near real-time operational data and the plurality of associated parameters to determine and recommend a set of products in the target product segment.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is method and system for facilitating fault rectification in power backup devices using a fault rectification system configured in the power backup device. The fault rectification system detects occurrence of fault events in the power backup device and retrieves information required for rectification of the fault events based on the complexity level of the fault event. The rectification information is provided to the user, thereby facilitating the user in rectification of the detected fault event, without requirement of the expert service personnel. The method of instant disclosure helps in reducing total turnaround time of rectifying the faults in the power backup devices by eliminating involvement of expert/customer service personnel in the rectification of the faults.

Abstract: Embodiments of present disclosure discloses method and system for monitoring a patient in a care unit. For the monitoring, initially, a patient data from a monitoring device associated with the patient is retrieved. Bundling of the patient data using a micro-bundling method is performed to obtain corresponding one or more bundle features. Further, nearest neighbour parameter associated with the patient data is determined based on the corresponding one or more bundle features. The patient data is classified to be one of critical data and non-critical data based on one or more nearest neighbour parameters. The critical data and the non-critical data is provided to one or more attendants related to the patient.
