Abstract: The present invention provides a coating agent composition capable of making interference fringes inconspicuous and suppressing the generation of cracks during the production of a hard coat layer without blending fine particles of metal oxides such as zirconium oxide and titanium oxide in an optical article in which a hard coat layer or a functional layer including a primer layer and a hard coat layer is formed on a plastic layer having a high refractive index.
