  • Publication number: 20230360837
Abstract: A magnetic sheet includes a first magnetic sheet, a second magnetic sheet, and a fixing tape. Each of the first magnetic sheet and the second magnetic sheet includes an adhesive layer including a support formed in a band shape and an adhesive, a magnetic ribbon that is formed in a band shape using a magnetic material and is bonded to the adhesive layer, and a resin sheet that is formed in a band shape using a resin material and is disposed on the adhesive layer. The fixing tape fixes an end portion in a longitudinal direction of the magnetic ribbon in the first magnetic sheet and an end portion in a longitudinal direction of the magnetic ribbon in the second magnetic sheet in a state where the end portions are adjacent to each other with a distance equal to or less than a predetermined value.

  • Publication number: 20230326644
Abstract: A multilayer magnetic sheet comprises ten or more layers of magnetic strips each formed in a band shape with a short side and a long side. The magnetic strips are aligned and arranged in a plate shape in each of the layers such that the long sides of the magnetic strips are adjacent to each other. The layers comprise first layers, in which the long sides of the adjacent magnetic strips overlap, and second layers, in which the long sides of the adjacent magnetic strips do not overlap. The first layers comprise at least two stacked layers. A position of the long side in one layer included in the second layers is separated from a position of the long side in another layer included in the second layers by 0.5 mm or more in a direction in which the short side extends.

  • Publication number: 20230326639
Abstract: A multilayer magnetic sheet includes at least one first layer in which a plurality of magnetic strips are arranged side by side; at least one second layer in which the plurality of magnetic strips are arranged side by side, a direction of the long side of the at least one second layer intersecting that of the at least one first layer; and at least one third layer in which the plurality of magnetic strips are arranged side by side, a direction of the long side of the at least one third layer being the same as that of the at least one first layer. A position of the long side in the at least one first layer and a position of the long side in the at least one third layer are separated from each other by 0.5 mm or more in a direction in which the short side extends.

  • Publication number: 20230321950
Abstract: A multilayer magnetic sheet comprises laminate substrates. Each of the laminate substrates is formed in a band shape having a short side and a long side and comprises magnetic strips stacked in layers. The laminate substrates are aligned and arranged in a plate shape in a direction, in which the long sides are adjacent to each other and the short sides extend. The laminate substrates aligned and arranged in the plate shape are stacked in layers in a thickness direction of the laminate substrates. Long side portions of the laminate substrates including the long sides and vicinities of the long sides overlap each other.

  • Publication number: 20230317330
Abstract: A multilayer magnetic sheet comprises a first laminate substrate layer and a second laminate substrate layer, which are stacked in a thickness direction and in each of which laminate substrates each formed in a band shape are arranged in a plate shape such that long sides of the laminate substrates are adjacent to each other, the laminate substrate comprising two or more stacked layers of magnetic ribbons. A direction in which the long sides of the laminate substrates in the second laminate substrate layer extend intersects a direction in which the long sides of the laminate substrates in the first laminate substrate layer extend.

  • Publication number: 20230302770
Abstract: A multilayer magnetic sheet comprises laminate substrates each comprising two or more stacked layers of band-shaped magnetic ribbons. The laminate substrates are arranged side by side in a plate shape in a direction in which long sides of the laminate substrates are adjacent to each other and short sides of the laminate substrates extend. The plate shapes each provided by the laminate substrates arranged side by side are stacked in a thickness direction of the laminate substrate. Ten or more layers of the magnetic ribbons are stacked in total. Positions of the long sides of the laminate substrates adjacent to each other in a direction in which the laminate substrates are stacked are different and separated from each other by 0.5 mm or more in the direction in which the short sides extend.

  • Publication number: 20230307162
Abstract: A magnetic sheet includes an adhesive layer that includes a support formed in a band shape and an adhesive provided on at least one of a first surface or a second surface of the support, and a magnetic ribbon that is formed in a band shape using a magnetic material and is bonded to the adhesive on the adhesive layer. Width A as a dimension of the adhesive layer in a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the adhesive layer and width B as a dimension of the magnetic ribbon in a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the magnetic ribbon satisfy a relationship of 0.2 mm?(width A?width B)?3 mm.
